Sorry guys :( I need to edit this chapter somewhat. To clarify, I wrote this chapter when I got the normal ending :( So, I've already finished the best ending, and my previous thoughts have totally changed. We now know why Euntae is acting this way HAHAHAHAHA Sorry Euntae ;) Anyway, check out the AMA event: Euntae =)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm trying to keep myself calm. Why would she continue to behave in this manner? It's getting on my nerves to respond to her chat today. She is just somebody I know, like everyone else. Why would she act as if she own me?
"Hmm, Euntae?"
Yeah, Lia. She drank too much which is too concerning. He still remembered the first day Lia joined, she had already told him that she likes him. He was taken aback, yet he couldn't help but be drawn to her later. She is unquestionably his type. Even Gangsung advised him to spend more time with Lia. It was so confusing. He meets Yeonwoo first but later, Lia catches his eyes too.
However, after only a few days of knowing her, he realises that his affections for her aren't enough for him to date her. He suddenly felt bad for coldly rejecting Lia's confession, especially in public. Fortunately, no one heard them.
First, I need to send her to her house. Should I return to the bar? I need to send her to her house first. Should I go back to the bar? Others are still around. Wait. Doha was still there. He suddenly felt uncomfortable remembering Yeonwoo being together with Doha.
He clenched his teeth, feeling irritated by the fact that she drank with Doha first rather than with him. It's not her fault, after all. Lia took priority and chose him before she could. He also had a drink with Lia that night. Even though he wouldn't consider him drunk that night. And remembering all the teasing between her, Jooyul and Doha made his body stiff. Why is she so comfortable with others too? She is too nice and sweet. This is also why she draws my attention first.
Euntae was terrified when he realised what he had been thinking. Isn't I the one who claimed her now? He laughed bitterly. What a pain. He also comes to realize he was busy looking for Yeonwoo and his attention was always on her before.
He opened the chat again. Reading them again. He finally realised something was amiss. He was caught off guard when he realised it was his fault. Yeonwoo walked a long distance alone to help him and Lia, but he left before she could provide the medicine. Guilt was written all over his face. He could not smile anymore. He's the one who tells her to go. She deserved to get mad at him. How could I be the one upset with her? Why am I worsening the situation?
He quickly replied saying that he will come again after sending Lia home. Before he could exhale a sigh of relief, his eyes widened seeing the reply from others telling him not to and to simply relax. Yeonwoo also telling him to do the same. Is she just being kind or mad at him right now? When he reads those, his chest tightens and his discomfort worsens. He doesn't even understand how he feels about her anymore.
He needs to see her right now but it's already too late. It's rare to get a chance to meet together, why does it end like this? Even chances to chat together are hard to get. Scrolling his chat again, except for their first date, everything in his talk was Yeonwoo's effort. She chooses him. And the last chat between them was him rejecting her date. I'm the one who rejects her... Isn't he is the one who dumb right now? Can I change my answer now?
He kept scrolling and later find that almost every heart and gifts he received, are from Yeonwoo. She always knew what he needed. The dog treats, the bracelets, and the couple keychain set. Almost every gift day, she will use it to give a gift to him. What did I give to her?
Now, everything feels wrong. Instead of taking time to understand his feelings towards them, he actually hurt them because of his lack of sensibility. He laughed mockingly at himself. I guess it is true that Yeonwoo had him at her fingertips. Is it already too late to regret now?
