Not only that, Mammon created a magic ball that was installed under the land to keep it floating in the sky, Svika's magic ball. For months the Mammons had lived in the southern skies of Enn Vassili, they had often disturbed the human villages that had now returned to live in peace in Chaldene. They destroy gardens, farms, drain lake water, and make the forests arid.

That's why Nelchael was sent down to eradicate Mammon. He descended directly on the Devil's lair, the southern sky continent they had built. Chriso Macairi's magic spear with its dazzling light quickly finished off the demons until they scrambled out of their nests. To prevent them from messing up again, Nelchael also intends to seal Mammon. The Angel then asked Inari's permission to confine Mammon in one of the thousands of dimensions that exist within each of the thirteen universes that Inari controlled. The Fox God agreed. He then told Nelchael to lock Mammon through a small hill in the East mainland, where on that hill one of the dimensional portals could be opened. The hill which is now known as the Hill of Illusions.

Nelchael obeyed Inari's orders. Using his teleportation magic he transported the Mammons which numbering in tens and sealed them into a dimensional portal that Inari had opened on the Hill of Illusions. After Mammon entered, Inari then moved the dimension where Mammon was as far away as possible. Exchanging it with thousands of other dimensions so that the possibility of Mammon being released is very small. The Hill of Illusion is a place where dimensional portals can be connected anywhere. That was why anyone who entered the Hill would experience a strange time shift. Inari is the God who also controls the dimensional doors on the Hill. he prevented anyone who entered it from meeting Mammon. It's also a safe enough place for the Alicorn to leave one of the Gate of South keys in it. As well as being a place that Jeongin avoids because in his first reincarnation, Inari told him that the Hill should be avoided because of the Devil who inhabits one of the dimensions connected to the hill.
