choni- one shots

First day back

Like no other year. Students roll back into session with classes, involved with teachers. The seniors were getting ready for their graduation year.

And as for the core four , it's always been the same routine. "meet in the lounge @ 12:00 before lunch" says betty emphasizing in a text.
Betty always like to remind the others to meet up so they can talk about things , wether it was about important things or unnecessary things, it wouldnt matter. she liked to make sure everyone was in before at least the clock hit 12:05.

The bell ringed and Betty was already in the lounge waiting for the others as she fixed up her blonde silked ponytail. Soon a minute later Veronica walked in adjusting her skirt. "Heyy bee!!!" she said excitedly ready to gossip. Veronica and Betty has been bestfriends since kindergarten. So they were closer than ever. "where's jug and my archiekins?" - vee says fixing her bracelet her father gave her for her birthday. "they should be coming through the door". says betty waiting uncertainly. Then goes the athletic teens , archie andrews. And next to side was jughead jones. They had just came from a basketball workout in gym class so they smelt kind of funky. But as boys, they aint mind it.

"ugh jug, what did i tell you about changing your shirt after"- betty scolds him.
"i didn't have time. we was already rushed" jug says after side eying bee. Her mouth drops as she feels attacked in the conversation. "you know he isn't lying, someone loves to rush" archie but in. "excuse meee?" betty yells.
"bee not to loud, its okay" veronica says, giggling softly.

The last to come in the lounge were Kevin keller. And Cheryl Blossom. Kevin had a talent of art , so he was upset he got his all white shirt dirty with a little bit of paint. "its not going to come off cheryl" kevin says worriedly looking at cheryl. "its fine" the ginger said tucking his shirt in as they walk into the lounge pacefully.
"We have been waiting!!!!" - betty says knowing that they know it is 12:05.

"i know! but kevin is making a deal out of the little paint on his new tshirt" says cheryl.
"ITS WHITE." he yells. cheryl giggles.
Cheryl then sits down on the opposite side of the other's. Kevin along sat down with her.

Ten minutes has gone by and the teens were talking about how life and their summer had went for them , and how their morning's started. Another minute has gone by and that's when the announcement ticked in. "Hello fellow students" - says the principal speaking in the speakers. "i'd like to remind you that another new student will be joining us from the southside, be sure to treat them kindly. have a nice day." - then the mic was cut off.

"From the the south?" again? - veronica says with a slight grin. "remember what happened last time a southsider almost burned down the whole damn cafeteria." - cheryl said shaking her head with disappointment, along with kevin and betty. "Jug do you some how know who the new student could be?" - betty says looking at jug , Rubbing his stomach as she sits beside him. "i actually do"- jughead hurry to say.

Everyone starts to look towards jughead's way to wait on his reply to figure if the student was another serpent or jus in any kind. "yes, SHE'S a serpent." Cheryl begins to roll her eyes. "She's not just no random though. Her name's Toni , Toni topaz, and we technically grew up together." - says jug getting up to get some chips out the vending machine. "Idk when she could be arriving though, so we'll have to see what'll go in which way". - jughead says sarcastically putting his last two dollars into the vending machine.

Just then Jughead gets a text from his godsister. "Im in the building, where should i go? where are you?" - said a message as it popped up on his lockscreen.

"Jug". - says archie alerted which made him get up to give jug his phone after taking a bite from his sandwich he got from the cafeteria before heading in the lounge. "she's here" - jug says happily. Jughead wasn't able to see toni since years because of an accident between their parents and aunts. it was alot for their families to deal with so the only way they kept in touch was through a phone and southside where jughead used to attend for school. So jug getting that text to his phone really brighten his day, other than his loving girlfriend betty cooper.

He texted Toni telling her where they were and she particularly got there in the amount of seconds. Their was toni. Walking in the lounge with fresh dyed hot pink hair stipes, with her serpent jacket. She had everyone's eyes at the moment so she felt nervous. Jug then spoke to her then after giving her the biggest hug. Their hug lasted for a moment. "great to see you again" - jug says holding her tightly then letting go. "i missed you so much man." Toni says fixing her hair. "guys this is Toni" Just then everyone turned around and said something of each. "Hey toni" everyone said smiling greeting her. But the only one did not speak. Which was Cheryl. Cheryl had eyes all on Toni. All she could think about was how beautiful she was. Toni and cheryl then made eye contact. Toni comforted her with a little wave, so Cheryl waved back with a smile.

"Well it's nice to meet you toni!" - betty says excitedly since she's the one to give the school tours and knows that the principal would be in their in any minute.

Toni had on a simple cute fit. Like a skirt , a crop and ofc the jacket. "omg im loving your skirt" - beronica says adoring her look. "thank you" - toni says taking vee hands and shaking them to greet.

"Okay let me fully represent my friends" - jughead replies knowing veronica will go on and on about how cute clothes were to her.
"I don't think you've met him but this is my bro, since babies. archibald andrews" - he says. "dude just say ARCHIE!" - archie replied joking and laughing around along with jug.
"this is betty. my girlfriend " - he says proudly with a smile on his lips leaning in towards betty kissing her on her bottom lip. "i figured that" - toni says giggling. Betty then smiles and takes her hand to shake as well.
"Kevin, he's one of betty's close friends" he says. "it is very pleasing to meet you girl." - kevin says happily, taking her hand then continuing to draw in his sketch book.
"Then their's cheryl! this is betty's cousin!" - he said. Cheryl then got up to take Toni's hand , Toni looks and Cheryl up and down greeting her with her eyes. Cheryl takes the idea and smiles, grabbing toni's hand. "Nice to meet you Topaz.." - cheryl says softly giving her a glance in the eye. Soon then , jug left it to them. It was almost time to head to the next class since their lunch was almost over.

The teens then settled off grabbing their bags and purses and heading into the hallway.
