"Hello everyone! So we'll have you all seated here for the interview but some of y'all are gonna be in different rooms." The lady who walked us in said.
"I'll go with Alex." April said.
"Actually I was instructed to have the two main characters sit next to each other." The lady said.
"Umm I was talking about Alexa but cool." April replied and the lady looked a little embarrassed.
"Alright so Vanessa and Alex y'all can go into this room and everyone else can go pair up with whoever else they want."
Vanessa and I entered the room to go sit down in the chair.
"So which interview is this?" I asked while whispering in her hair.
"The lie detector test one." She responded.
"But I'm not a good liar. What if they ask if I'm in a relationship?" I asked.
"Uhhh. I'm not sure what to tell you besides be honest. I mean you don't have to say who. I mean doesn't the media already suspect you're in a relationship?"
"Yeah I guess you're right."
"Hello I'm Josh! Are you ladies ready?" He asked.
"Yep."
"Okay who wants to go first?" He asked.
"Lex you can go." Vanessa offered.
"Alright then Vanessa you'll be asking the questions." He said while handing Vanessa a piece of paper.
"Alright three, two, one ready action." He said while sitting down to control the lie detector machine. The people finished setting the thing up around my arm and I got ready.
"Is your name really Alexandria Allard?" Vanessa asked.
"I believe so." I chuckled.
"Are you 25 years old?" She asked.
"Yep."
"Are you nervous about this polygraph exam?"
"Yes I'm nervous about anything that has the word exam in it."
"Have I ever appeared in one of your dreams?" She asked lifting her end up from the paper.
"Yes I think." I responded.
"What happened?" She asked.
"I do not recall." I lied.
"Wow Alex is lying already!" Vanessa laughed.
"I have a lot of dreams, it's hard to keep track, you know." I said.
"Do you think you're better than me because you can sing?" She asked.
"Yes but I mean you can sing too. You've definitely got some very strong vocals."
"Do you have any tattoos?" She asked.
"No but I'd definitely love to get one, especially a matching tattoo with someone."
"What's your favorite song of yours?"
