Alex's POV
I finished picking up the cake from the bakery with Greg for Vanessa's birthday.
"Are you sure you don't want me to carry it inside?" Greg asked.
"Greg it's fine. I'm fine right now and I took the medicine doctor Seven provided for me already."
"Alright boss. Whatever you say." Greg mumbled as he opened the door for me into the Valentino's Hampton home.
"Is your dad going to come over here?" Greg asked.
"I'm not sure."
"Are you going to tell your new publicist or April and Zoey?" Greg asked.
"I will.. I just want to enjoy Vanessa's birthday first so can we just not say the word lupus for today." I said while trying to stop my hands from shaking so much.
"Ok. The word lupus will be out of my vocabulary for the next 18 hours." Greg said as I placed the red velvet cake on the table.
"Alright I'm gonna go see if she's up." I said as I pulled out my phone to check my recent texts.

April👯♀️: Answer my text or I'll come over and personally tear you tendon in your right leg next!!😾
Me: I'll send you the addy of where her parties gonna be.
April👯♀️: Your alive! I got scared and was about to call Greg.
Me: Actually I'll send you the addy to her parents house so you and zoe can ride with us!
