Chapter 21

Alex's POV

"The hotel is beautiful." I breathed.

"You're beautiful." Vanessa replied which caused me to chuckle and I playfully kissed her nose.

We were in the living room but we soon walked out to the balcony to look at the view outside.

"The view is beautiful." I said while looking at her.

"I know." She said, then turned to look at me and that's when I noticed she was talking about me. A few minutes later we walked inside and settled down some more. With the plan we'd just spend today relaxing because our flight landed at night time.

"What do you want to watch?" I asked. She turned to look at me and without answering she grabbed the remote. She put on Grey's anatomy and she put on one of the saddest episodes Season 11 episode 21.

"No! No! Not this episode." I said. She did these little puppy dog eyes. "Please." She said, and I rolled my eyes and started eating some pasta.

We sat there watching and finally got to the part where Derek Shepherd was at the hospital. We watched Meredith walking into the hospital with her children. Then finally it was time for her to pull the plug.

Chasing cars started to play and that's when the tears started to come.

Vanessa started crying first and then I started when Meredith put her hand onto Derek's chest. We just kept crying and then finally the episode ended.

"Alright. Alright let's watch a movie." I said. I turned to her. "This time I get to pick." I said.

I picked the only right answer choice Titanic. "Really?" Alex asked as she looked at me.

"I love this movie even though it's so sad we're going to watch it." I said. I put on titanic and Jack was trying to get on the boat.

Three hours later

"There was room for Jack on the door." She cried.

"They would have sinked if he got on." I said while crying as well. Vanessa then turned to me looking sad and angry.

"I don't give a fuck they literally said "You jump, I jump is the equivalent to that is You sink I sink. There was room in the boat for him. Rose should've just scooted over." She said.

"Are you ok?" I asked. She turned to me and nodded her head. She looked up at me and I moved my hand up to her face.

I slowly wiped away the tears on her face. When I removed my hand we still continued to stare into each other's eyes.

"They could've even switched every now and then if they wanted too... now his dead lifeless body is laying at the bottom of an ocean." Vanessa cried.

"Enough of this." I said as I opened my Twitter app.

"What are you doing?" She questioned.

"I am creating a Twitter poll."

I sent the tweet and limited it for 24 hours.

"In 24 hours we'll see what the majority opinion is." I added.

"There was."

"But either way both could've died." I argued.

"I'm hungry."

"You wanna go down to the hotel restaurant?" I questioned.

"Yeah." She replied.

"This food is so good!" Vanessa said while swallowing a bite of her Moussaka.

"Yeah Moussaka might be one of my favorite foods now." I chuckled.
