Chapter 20: Graduation!

Asher at graduation! Woot! Woot!♡♡

Asher's POV:

Today is the big day! Graduation is finally here and I am free of this hell hole forever! Graduation is in three hours and I don't know what I'm even going to wear yet! My birthday suite maybe? Nooo, that's not the kind of suite they want us to wear. I chuckle to myself, yes I'm crazy leave me alone! I know you all still love me anyway so I don't have to worry!

After what seems like forever I finally decided on a light blue dress shirt, black dress pants and shoes, with a black tie. I have got to say I look hot as hell! I check my hair in the mirror one last time before grabbing my gown off the bed and racing down the stairs. I glance at the clock on the wall for the time.

"Shit, I'm late." I mumble to myself.

"Language, Asher!" Mom calls out of nowhere, how does she always know? Whatever, I race out of the house to the car and peel out of the driveway. The drive to the school doesn't take long since I was spending most of the way, I through the car in park and jump out.

I race to the front door and into the auditorium where were are all meant to meet before graduation. I look around trying to spot James and Sarah. I see them both close to the stage talking to the principal, I race to the down to join them. They keep talking ignoring me until I finally can get a word in.

"Good morning Mrs. Turner." I say with a big smile on my face. She turns and gives me the same smile before saying.

"Good morning to you as well Asher." She talks to us a little longer before excusing herself and getting us lined up for the graduation ceremony. It's really nice having the last name that starts with A, it just means I'm first in the door and one of the first few people to get there diploma! Woot, woot! I look ahead of me, I'm about the 10th in line or so. Too bad I'm not first!

The music starts to go signaling for us to start, two at a time start off towards the stage and our soon to be freedom. It doesn't take long until it's mine and Sarah's turn to slowly make our way towards the stage. We make it to our sits but have to remain standing until everyone is on the stage which doesn't take long since we have a small class.

Once everyone is up here we rake our sits and the speeches began, I zone out for them all since I don't really care what they have to say. Only until Sarah hits my shoulder to tell me that I'm up next, I realize that we have starting to give out the diplomas.

"Asher Andrews." I hear loud cheers from my family and Allen since he was with Trav. I stand and make my way towards the old dude giving them out, he shakes my hand and pats my back.

"Good job son." I smile at him and nod.

"Thank you sir." We shake hands again and turn for a picture to be done. After we are done I turn and walk back to my seat. I take this opportunity to look around for Anthony, I spot him sitting with the rest of the teachers.

Little does he know that as soon as this is over I'm going to kiss the shit out of him in front of everyone here! I seriously can't wait to see the reactions, god it's going to be so good!

I cheer when they call Sarah and James names. And a few of my other friends as well. There are a few more speeches and then the same old dude says something about following your dreams and looking to the future or some shit like that.

"I now present you with the class of 2015, you may move your tassels to the other side." Which we all do quickly.

"Ready, set, go!" Our class prez yells and there goes everyone's caps flying through the air. I smile as I watch it, James and Sarah jump on me laughing.
