It has been three months since my Japan adventure Danny and I got back together since he and Kumiko couldn't be together due to long distance and we both still have a soft spot for each other. Danny wanted me to follow my dream and I did apply to NYU. I'll be leaving soon since the first term started in the fall. It's going to be hard to leave Reseda. Since I was getting ready to go to college I figured I'd let my mom have her space I could tell she was happy in her way. I was moving in with Mr. Miyagi until NYU started the fall semester. I was gonna take these few days important since this will be the last time I will see Danny for a while. He let me wear the bracelet Chozen gave me since I still felt bad for Chozen going off like that. I felt responsible for him almost hurting Kumiko because I know me breaking up with him set him off. I hope one day I can make up with Chozen. We were moving everything out of Mr. Miyagi's things out of this apartment and were moving into Mr. Miyagi's house. We moved the little bits of things into the house. Danny wanted Mr. Miyagi to open his own bonsai shop. Danny, I think that's a good idea, I said. Yea you should join us, He said. I can't NYU remember, I said. Wait you got in, Danny asked? Well, I'm on the waitlist so I will see if I get in or not, I said. Ezra that's great, He said hugging me. I thought you didn't want me to go to NYU, I said. Well after that all those fights we had I realized I'm stopping you from your dreams, He said. So if moving to the other side of the US to pursue an acting and singing career then go for it, He said. You did always like my singing, I said. I loved it, He said giving me a peck on the cheek. The next night Mr. Miyagi was grilling while I was learning the last little bit of the leopard technique. You still train, Mr. Miyagi asked? Yes, your teachings will help me in life, I said. Ezra-san you excellent student, He said. Am I your favorite, I asked? Sorry Ezra-san but Daniel-san take cake, He said. I can tell you guy's bond was always greater than ours, I said. Danny came outside and had the present for Mr. Miyagi. He told us to come inside. Danny was trying to make jokes about what was inside. Mr. Miyagi opened the present and it was a lease to the dream shop Mr. Miyagi always wanted to open up. Mr. Miyagi refused to accept the present but Danny insisted he'd take it. Mr. Miyagi wanted Danny to go to college but Danny said if he goes he'll get bored and he won't graduate. I mean I do agree with Danny here he will get bored and then it's bye-bye college, I said. Danny tells us to get up and get into the car. We showed up at the place, it looked run down and old. We go inside and it looked even more dirtier and old than it looked on the outside. Danny, I think the landlord cheated you, I said. C'mon Ezra lighten up, Danny said excitedly. Danny came up with ideas for Mr. Miyagi's shop. I even came up with a name, I said. Mr. Miyagi's Little Trees, Danny said. Simple, straightforward, and to the point, Danny said. Daniel-san forgot something, Mr. Miyagi said. What, Danny asked? Your name on lease, partner, Mr. Miyagi said. Oh, Mr. Miyagi thank you, Danny said running up to Mr. Miyagi to hug him but Mr. Miyagi told him to bow. Wait what about you Ezra, Danny asked? I'll be your first employee, I said. Great, Danny said hugging me. The next day we did kata training and then went back to the shop. Danny tried to convince Mr. Miyagi about signing up for all valley but Mr. Miyagi give him some wisdom. Now go find pot for bonsai across the street, Mr. Miyagi said. I'll come with you, I said. We walk out of the shop. So are you gonna miss Reseda, Danny asked? Of course, I said. Are ever gonna back to reseda after you graduate College, He asked? One day, I said. Ya know after I graduate and become a singer and actor you can call me anytime and I'll come back to Reseda to help you with anything, I said. I'll keep that in mind, He said. We walk up to the pottery shop and opened the door. There was a girl sitting there making a pot. She greeted us and asked us if one of us can turn off the radio that she had. We introduce ourselves and placed an order then got off-topic and talked some more. Then we heard a honk and someone yelling at Jessica. We walked out of the shop but before we did we agreed to meet up tonight to hang out. We walked back into Mr. Miyagi's shop. Mr. Miyagi was making the bonsai tree. Danny and Mr. Miyagi talked about Jessica. Mr. Miyagi gave Danny the all valley tournament slip. Danny took it excitingly but he was disappointed when he saw that Mr. Miyagi didn't see it. But again Mr. Miyagi gave Danny some wisdom. Later that night Danny and I got ready to go hang out with Jessica. Once we got ready we both opened our room doors and entered the living room. I notice that one of the back doors was opened so I closed the door. Then Mr. Miyagi came in and Danny asked what Mr. Miyagi was doing back at the house. Then Danny burned the tournament slip to show Mr. Miyagi that he decided not to enter the tournament.
