Valentine's Day

It was Valentine's Day but Danny and I didn't do anything special on Valentine's Day. I was getting ready to go to the book store when Danny came into the bathroom. "Hey, do you mind if I come with you", Danny asked? "No but why", I said.  "I want to spend time with you", Danny said. "Ok", I said. After we both got ready we got into the car. We drove to the bookstore and headed inside. I scanned the book along the shelf. We spent a few hours in the bookstore. After we were done we got back into the car. "Hey I have a surprise for you", He said. "What is it", I asked? "You'll see", He said. A few minutes later he pulled into a fancy parking lot. We got out of the car and he held my hand. I read the sign on top of the building. It was a very fancy restaurant. "Oh Danny I'm not dressed for this", I said nervously. "C'mon let me spoil you", Danny said begging. "Look at me you look beautiful",  Danny said. He got down on one knee."Please my prince let  me spoil you", He said as he kissed my hand. I started blushing. "Ok, I guess I could let you spoil me a little", I said. We walked in and it turns out Danny had made a reservation months prior. They us down and Danny pulled out my chair and pushed it back in as I sat down. We started talking and laughing together. After we were done we walked back out it was raining hard. "Oh man", I said. We stood out there soaked. "Shoot Ezra, I'm sorry it wasn't supposed to rain", Danny said. "It's ok Danny", I said. "Ya know what", Danny said as he started dancing in the rain. I started laughing. He held out his hand for me to grab. I grabbed his hand and we both started dancing. We stopped dancing and looked into each other's eyes. We both could see the sparkle in each other's eyes. We both leaned in for a kiss. "I have a surprise for you", Danny said as he got on one knee. He opened a small box. "A promise ring", He said.  "Ezra I promise to love you even if we're not together if you promise the same", Danny said. "I promise too", I said. We both laughed and he lifted me up and kissed me again.
