I woke up to Hermione yelling at me to get up.
"Emmy, come on, it's our first day!" She exclaimed annoyingly.
"Ok, ok, I'm getting up." I said rather rudely.
Once I got up I did my usual skincare care ritual, then makeup, which consisted of mascara, blush and lip gloss. After I walked out of my and Hermione's bathroom. Hermione and I wanted to match our outfits since it was our first day.
So after a bit of deciding on what to wear, I settled on a white tank top, along with a blue checker patterned sweater, and a black decently long skirt. Hermione decided on the same thing, but instead of a blue sweater, it was pink.
"Emerson, Hermione, come on, it's 7:13, time to go!" Our mother yelled.
We got in the car and drove off to kings cross station. Once we got there, we said farewell to our parents, since they weren't allowed in, as they're muggles. We head through the fake brick wall to enter platform 9 ¾.
Once we arrived on 9 ¾, I heard someone calling Hermionie and my name.
"Ron!" I said excitedly, running to hug him.
"Hey, what about me?" The brown haired boy standing next to him, said.
"Oh my God, Harry, I didn't see you there." I said sarcastically, hugging him as well.
Sure, I might have feelings for him, but he was my best friend, so it's not like I could tell him. Hermione did the same thing as me, but instead of hugging Ron, they very awkwardly shook hands. Everyone knew they liked each other, they just won't admit it.
"Last call for everyone to get on the train!" We heard a conductor yell out the window.
We all rushed onto the train, and found a compartment with a man in the corner since there weren't any others.
"Who's that?" Ron questioned.
"Professor Remus Lupin. If I had to guess, he's the new defense against the dark arts teacher" Hermione answered while sitting down next to Ron, who sat next to the teacher.
"Blimey, Hermione, how do you know?" Ron inquired, looking curiously at the professor
"It says it right there, on his luggage tag, Ronald!" I giggled at his obliviousness.
I then took the seat next to Harry, who sat across from them. After talking for about an hour or so, I noticed Harry touching his scar a lot, which worried me, since that usually meant danger was around.
"Harry, are you ok? You keep touching your scar." I asked worriedly.
"Yea i think im fine thanks for asking though " he said with what looked like a forced smile.
"Well i'm off to change into my robes i'll be back" i said standing up with the robes in my hand
" Ok be careful' hermione said being the mom she is
Once I got changed into my bright red gryffindor robes. I stepped out of the changing area just as someone stepped out of the boys. Then the train came to a screeching halt and I fell into that person.
"Get off of me right now" the voice said that i recognized
Eww i say inside my head scrunching off my nose as i get off of him.
"You need to learn to watch it mudblood" , the one and only enieme i had, Draco malfoy said in disgust.
"You watch it bleached boy" I say looking up to him since he was like 5 inches taller than me.
Then a loud noise comes from the other end of the train; only one creature makes that noise.
"Demntor" i said whispering
