My hand scooted back on the counter and suddenly my fingertips touched cold metal and I pulled away with a yelp, "what happened? You okay?" I nodded to Sam, "yeah just got shocked, surprised me is all." He nodded and tossed something on the counter beside me as Alan made a comment, "careful don't want you to turn to ashes." I looked at him disappointed, he wasn't even smiling, "I expect that from Sam but not you Alan, make better jokes babe and stop stealing my candy!" The last words of my comment rose in pitch as I saw him open another lollipop. "Hey so, have you talked to blondie?" I turned my head, "Paul?" He nodded, not looking at me, "mm, no, haven't seen him, maybe later..."

"What about the other blondie?" I snorted, "David's good, we're good, did I tell you about his brother?" His head appeared next to me and I cringed away, "brother?" I nodded slowly, "his name is Shane, super adorable, he's closer to your age actually like a few years younger."

"Hey so, I know we literally haven't been here long but in a bit it'll be morning if you still wanna talk to that guy." I looked up at Alan and slowly smiled, "awe, thinking ahead of me? Don't worry about it, I'll deal with him tomorrow, besides I said I would hang with you tonight..."

"Are you still planning on pushing him down the stairs?" I shrugged at Sam's question, "I dunno, might just dye it like a mustard yellow in his sleep, it's whatever, I don't wanna think about it." Sam nodded but Alan asked about it, "what happened exactly between you?" I licked y lips sighing as I watched him chew on the white little cardboard stick, "I basically told him I saw him with other girls when I came back the first time and when I I asked if he had anything to say he stayed quiet, no diffusion or anything..."

"Shit, i'm sorry," I shrugged, "it's totally not tubular but I'll deal, have been for over twenty years now."
