Mia sat in bed with Jack. He smiled as he looked to her. "How are you feeling?" He asked.

Mia smiled. "Pregnant. Tired. You know the usual. I'm starting to show Jack. You know how my family will react. I mean Madi is supportive as hell. I love her for it. But I'm scared. It's my brother and your history with him that's scares me. I don't know what I am going to do," she said as Jack looked to her and smiled.

He placed a hand on her cheek. He smiled as he looked to her. "I know that none of it is easy. But I am here. I love you. I know it's soon. But I do. I have fallen in love you. And this baby. It will be the world to us," he said as Mia looked to him and smiled.

Mia knew how he had been her rock lately. And she was glad. She felt as if she could trust him. She knew that was what she wanted.

Mia rested her head on his chest as he wrapped his arms around her. He placed his hands on her stomach as he held her close and smiled. "I know how hard things are. But I am here. I'm here for you. I don't care what your family have to say. This is my baby. I'm going no where," he said as she looked to him and smiled.

Mia smiled as she saw Madison as she walked through the square. Madison looked to her. "Your mum was asking questions. I don't like lying to her Mi. She's the only one in this family who is nice other than you. My own mother isn't as nice as she is," Madison said.

Mia smiled. "I know. I'm going to tell her tonight that I am pregnant. And that it's Jack's. I know that she won't care. But there are others that will," she told her.

Madison turned to face her and smiled. "You really like him. Don't you?"

Mia nodded and sighed. "He told me that he loves me. I think I feel the same. I am happy. He makes me happy and I am having his baby. I just hope I can do it," she mumbled.

Madison smiled as she looked to her cousin. "You can. You will be a great mum. Jack will be there. It will all be okay," Madison said as Mia smiled.

Hoping that she was right.

Mia got back to the slater house. She looked to see Jean as she stood cooking in the kitchen. "Oh! there you are. I'm making sausage surprise for dinner," Jean told her daughter.

Mia smiled. "I need to talk to you. I need to tell you something," she said.

Jean sighed. "What is it? Are you okay?" Jean asked.

Mia smiled as she looked to her. "I'm pregnant mum," she said.

Jean looked to her. "That's amazing. Come here. Oh I'm going to be a gran again. Who's the father?" Jean asked as she hugged Mia.

"It's Jack."

Jean frowned. "Jack Branning?" She asked as Mia nodded.

Mia knew that things weren't going to be easy.
