Chapter Twenty-One 💔 / 7 Minutes of Embarrassment!

Author here! I'm back, revising this chapter and working on making the next ones my best! Please enjoy some light angst with some fluff drama and an accident!

-Y/n's POV-

Oh no "Ooh Yass!! Are we doing spin the bottle or 7 Minutes in Heaven?" Billy grins "What do you take me for? 7 Minutes in Heaven ofc!" He laughs as he places the bottle down and drags me back! Everyone looks at the bottle as he plops down. Some of us are embarrassed, some nervous, and some excited to see where the night takes us. I look over at Iida and notice that he doesn't seem to be saying anything. "Mkay so since you're all minors and I'm an adult I'll just spin to see who goes first." He takes the bottle and as it spins it lands on Sero who seems to be enjoying the chaos it'll cause. "Thank you." He takes it and spins it. As it spins around and around, I start to sweat. I don't know Sero well and sure don't want to be stuck in a closet with him. The bottle finally comes to a stop in Infront of... Iida. When it does both men turn red and they both stand up and head to the closet.

While they're in there nothing happens, and it feels kind of boring. Then when they get, they seem to be laughing and having a good time. When they sit back down a familiar hand picks up the bottle I look up and see it's Todoroki?! My face goes red as I imagine what might happen if it landed on me. The bottle spins and spins for what seems like forever until it lands on... "Midoriya." I look over at him and see his face go red as he follows Todoroki into the closet.

As we wait it seems like forever, they're talking really loudly in there... He seems happy... Once they come out, they're laughing and holding hands. Billy raises an eyebrow "You two look smitten." Midoriya rubs the back of his neck "Yeah Haha, we just had a really good time." Good time? What does he mean by that? "Eh none of my business, your turn Mina!" As she spins my ears start to ring. I look over at Todoroki but he's talking with Midoriya. He sure is smiling a lot. They're still holding hands as Midoriya says something funny enough to make him laugh. As Todoroki laughs, I see he looks so happy. This is the happiest I've ever seen him so... I look down at myself, slightly trembling. Why does it hurt so badly? I should be happy for him... I feel something lodged in my throat. I look over to Billy "I'll be back, I'm going to go use the restroom." He looks at me concerned but nods regardless.

- Bakugou's POV-

I see Y/n leave to go to the restroom but, something isn't right. Okay, let's rationalize this. Your friend, who doesn't normally do social situations with a lot of people, left the room. Now three things might be why they left. Either something is bothering them, they're overwhelmed, or they're just using the restroom. However, after EVERYTHING that's happened, is it really a good idea to leave them alone by themself even for a couple of minutes? I stand up.

"Y/n?" I knock on the door. "Are you okay in there?" No answer. I knock louder "Y/n!" Still no answer. Thinking the worst, I know what I have to do, I explode the door. After the dust clears, I see them, they're getting dressed, and my face goes red. "Get out!" They shout, throwing a towel at me. Embarrassed, I run out. Nope. No no no no. I slide down to the ground against the wall, it feels like my face is overheating oh god.. fucking hell.. why did I explode the door?!

-Y/n's POV-

I can't fucking believe it. There was nothing wrong, I had just choked on my own spit. Since it was about time for bed I decided to get changed with headphones in and then he burst in. It was so embarrassing I want to forget EVERYTHING! I slide down the wall to the floor I should have told someone I was changing. Thankfully I had most of my clothes on when he came in! After I finish getting dressed I go back with the others. Billy gives me a look as if to ask if I'm okay to which I just look away, the image of Katsuki Bakugou blushing in embarrassment not leaving me alone. "Y/n since you just got back why don't you spin?" Billy says. I shrug and pick up the bottle, watching it spin around and around until it lands on "Kirishima" I think back to all the little moments with him. The arcade, his friendly little chats every time I enter class and how much of a good guy he is. I feel the same bubbly feeling from the night after the arcade starts to bubble in my stomach. "Y/n you there?" Billy waves a hand in front of my face. "Uh yeah sorry just kinda spaced out." Kirishima looks at me worried "Hey we don't have to go in there if you don't want to, it doesn't bother me." I stand up and hold my hand out to him "Nah I'm fine, let's go."

Once the door closes I finally realize how small the closet actually is. Kirishima is squashed next to me against the wall, to the point I can feel his body heat and hear his heart. It's actually really comforting, I feel this peace I haven't felt before. "So uh, how's the weather?" I look over at him confused "Kirishima we're literally in a closet." He laughs nervously "Yeah I know I was just trying to start a conversation!" I smile a bit "Alright then, how about we take turns asking each other questions and answering them honestly" "That sounds super manly! Would you like to go first?" I shrug "Alright, what's your favorite animal?" "Easy sharks!" We go on like this for a good while exchanging some genuine laughs but Kirishima looks nervous. I lean in towards him "You look uncomfortable, do I make you nervous Kirishima?" His face heats up and I can hear his breath and feel his chest moving. I feel something drawing me closer to him as he draws closer to me until, I kiss him.
