1.Vikram From India

"Do U wanna go son ? I will be all alone if u leave." Asks Vibha as she sees her son packing to leave the next day to New York. Vikram stops packing and walks to his mom and sits near her. Holds her close to him.

"I know this is so hard for you and also this is so hard for me . I don't want to go but I have no other choice ma. I can be here and not go. But such an opportunity I will never again. I promise you ma I will go there work hard and I will take you there soon." He stops as his eyes are filled with tears.

Seeing this his ma says wiping his tears off , " Don't worry beta.. I will be fine. You go but come back to soon to take me with you. Among the relatives I feel suffocation." and she laughs and Vikram joins her.

Vikram since childhood was passionate about becoming a famous writer but never been able to succeed. He wrote short stories and published in some magazines that are not famous enough but his family and friends would say , " Hey Vikram , read your story It was good. Still You can make it better."

Those who give these comments don't even know the basics of writing a story. Vikram just ignores them.

He did his engineering but never was interested in it. His dad always wanted him to be an engineer so never listened to what he wants. But his mom was always supportive and motivated him more even when his dad didn't like it. His childhood was worse because he had to see his mom getting beaten up by his dad for disobeying him. So he was more connected to his mom and not dad.

His dad died when he was 22. He didn't love his dad so he didn't mourn for him instead he started working for his dream for becoming a writer. He tried to work as an intern in many companies but it never worked much for him. Still he didn't stop working for it.

2 years after his dad's death , He got his first opportunity from Dancing Pages Publications,New York to write a book just because someone liked his way of writing. He was so excited but didn't want to leave his mom alone. But when he thought about it , He decided to take his mom to NY once he his settled.

His mom is sad but much more happier to let her son live his dream.

Vikram gets ready to leave. Before leaving he kneels down to touch his mom's feet to get her blessings. Both of them are in tears and they hugs tight.

For a better tomorrow a little sacrifice is required. Vikram ensures his mom, " I will come back soon for you ." and bids farewell with a smile until they meet again.
