Okay, here me out. I have been trying to update for a really long time. And I'm really, really sorry that I haven't. I planned to update a lot more since summer break finally started right? But then I got a cold on the 3rd day. I couldn't even get up off my bed without carrying 3 packets of tissues with me. But I'm finally back. And I absolutely promise that I'm going to update regularly from now on.
You guys have my full permission to yell at me if I don't.

Misty felt dazed as she walked through the hallways, barely taking notice of what was going on around her. She waved to someone, not knowing who it was. Misty felt a tap on her shoulder, it took her a few moments to realize what was happening when she finally turned around. Although she was sure she'd seen his face countless times before, she wasn't sure who it was.
"Uh hi, how are you?" The mystery person asked.
"Hmm, I don't know," Misty replied, thinking that her answer made sense. But the face of who she was talking to said otherwise.
I wonder why he looks so confused. Was it what I said? Actually, what did I just say... I'm not sure.
"Are you okay? You're acting weird."
Misty giggled. "I don't know. Anyways, who are you?"
He frowned, whoever he was. "Is this a joke? You know who I am. My name's Dillan. Now be honest, are you actually okay?"
"Hmmmm, Dillan. You're name sounds familiar, I like it. It's a pretty name."
This time, his expression seemed angry. "Quit joking, this isn't funny Misty."
"Aww, it's okay, cheer up. Everyone should be happy. Why aren't you happy?" Walking closer to Dillan, Misty ruffled his hair. "You should be happy. Not sad."
"Stop it, what are you doing? Are you okay? I'm not letting you leave until you tell me why you're acting so weird."
"That's not very nice, Dillan."
Misty was about to say something, something that she didn't remember when a sound rang through the building. Whatever it was, it was loud.
"Oh, it's the bell," Dillan spoke, he looked up at the source of the sound, as if he were trying to make it go away.
"The bell?"
"Don't tell me you forgot what a bell is. Do you even know where your class is?"
"My class?"
"Oh my God, just come with me," Dillan said, taking Misty's hand and leading her through the school. A few kids stared at them, yet she couldn't tell why. Was something wrong? Why were people staring? Within what felt like a minute, Misty found herself inside an oddly familiar-looking room. Everything there felt like something she'd seen before. But where?
"Just sit down here okay?" Misty looked up. It was him again. Where did he come from?
"Hmmmm. Okay." Walking over to the desk, the sight of letters etched into wood came into view. Her name was etched into the desk, a small strand of letters that proved her very existence to be real. Yet they seemed so simple.
More kids began to enter the room. Everyone sat down with boredom on their faces. Boredom that made everyone look expectant. Knowing exactly what was supposed to happen and when.
How does everyone know where they're supposed to sit?
Someone much taller entered next and silence instantly flooded the room. She seemed to be much older than her. She looked as though she had a full purpose to be here.
