—Finally the fun part has begun.
His voice was scary to the point I flinch and he started laughing while we stay in silence. I didn't know what to do now, I have a lot of thoughts in my head that if I start casting spells they might be random.
—What do you want?
My father asked walking in front of me and covering me. When he gets overprotective, he turns to be disturbing. I want to fight.
—Oh, dear Stephen, it's more complicated than it seems to be, although you might already know . After all we are quite the same.
—You only want what's incorrect and it's bad.
—Just because everybody says so, that doesn't mean it's wrong. The consequences based on our decisions are just colateral damage, something that it really doesn't matter when at the end we get what we want, don't you agree?
—All this keeps order in the world taking chaos away. It's not made to control anyone.
—So why they create so powerful weapons? If they want to only peace to exists why they have them ready? I mean, everyone can use it like I did with Peter Parker.
—But it didn't work out as you wanted...
I take a step to be by the side of my father with anger controlling me knowing what happened with Parker.
—You didn't expected this to happen, the other Peters or villains.
—You know, it's curious that you call them villains when they just are searching for the what they want without what matters. They are brave enough to look after what they want without even care about the consequences. Everything can be reach with a little bit of sacrifice and that seems to be bad now.
—You didn't say no.
I smile and he hide his grin.
—That was just supposed to distract you for a while, making you be focused on something else closing the multiverse while I attack but they seem to take their own way and wanting to survive that you didn't expect me to be there.
—So you didn't plan everything.
There's an opportunity.
—You ruin everything when you started trying to fix everything, Y/N, when you follow it. You are so powerful that you close any other spell, I couldn't attack Parker until you were distracted enough. I almost kill you too, everything could be better.
—But Y/N it's the last legit sorcerer.
—I still don't know what does that means.
I said turning to see my good father rolling his eyes.
—You didn't just chose to be a part of this, you were chosen to be and in a weirder way than me. Being my daughter gives you the gifts that nobody had has, that means that it makes you one of the originals, someone who doesn't have another path but this, someone who... can destroy everything if they want. As the Scarlette Witch but you can really chose it by your own.
—But he doesn't want me and neither for that, right?
—Not at all, why should I want to destruct everything if that can leave me with nothing left to conquer or rule? Something to call mine. You are as weak as your father, Y/N. And I know neither of you is going to see it that way.
—And how do you know it should be?
—Everyone should be free to have that infinite probabilities of millions of worlds. Everyone should have the chance to see the possibilities of a perfect world or anything they want. It shouldn't be anything to limit us.
