7. Temples

The Nether is so very different from the overworld. Its dark, only light sources being the molten hot lava and glow stone scattered throughout the dimension. It was Y/n's idea to create glowstone, Daydream did everything else. DreamXD helped Daydream design a few of the creature's there. Daydream is still thinking of more ways to expand on the Nether and make it more interesting.
.. or dangerous is what he really means by interesting.

But While being inside the Nether, it was not the topic of discussion, what was the topic of discussion was pitting old monuments around the place.

Yes, DreamXD did suggest it. He's always finding ways to get people to warship him despite not actually making them immortal. Or an actual appearance.
Saying their not loyal enough.

"You want, like old monuments?" Daydream asked again, I couldn't tell if he thought it was a bad idea or just genuinely looking for confirmation. "Like old deserted buildings."

XD nodded.

"We could put in dessert temples, we've been looking for a way to make desserts more interesting anyway." You suggested the other two nodded.

"Ocean temples?"

"Maybe we could make some look like they belonged to us?" XD clearly had a plan in mind for the temples. He just wanted us to guess really.

"How about we each make a temple in different biomes?" I offered still partially deep in thought.

"Elaborate please?"

"Like, Daydream could design jungle temples and DreamXD could do dessert temples. Since you want them to be abandoned its better to put them in places where civilisation is less likely to grow.."

"You could built your temple underwater." Daydream spoke making you turn to him.,"we could have different things in our temples, like traps or new monsters guarding them.. or none at all with just fancy intricate design. It would be nice to have something in these worlds built for us, and since their abandoned we can leave hints as to who had 'lived' or owned it there before."

Daydream.. actually had a good idea.. I was already planning an entire building underwater. Guarded by huge fish that could be like cyclops' but underwater. You looked to XD who was already thinking of his own temple. A smile overtook his face.

"We're all in favour our then?" I ask smirking.

"Since when did this become something we vote on? If we didn't agree XD would have gone and done his own temple without us anyway. Despite all the abandoned End city's in the End." Dream crossed his arms but you could tell he was only messing with you. That smirk on his face gave it away.

Not even two days later,

You were in a flat world, building different designs for your Temple. An underwater one at that.
You were getting nowhere.

Stone and Cobble seemed too boring and being in the overworld you didn't want to use items from the Nether or The End. Wood wouldn't work either so you were stuck. You had designed the little fish that would guard the temple, also deciding to call them 'Guardians' and a specifically stronger one called the 'Elder Guardian'.
You had decided to plot your ideas down onto paper then show it to your deciples and get their opinion.

Guardians,
-One-eyed fish
-cyan blue fins with hints of orange.

Elder Guardians,
-smarter than Guardians
-same design but much bigger and visibly stronger
-possibly hidden inside the temple

Temple,
-underwater
-sea or lake?
-Sea
-Big pillars holding it up
-on the inside is like a maze
-a few treasure rooms that have items you cannot craft.
-create new blocks to build with?
