Flight & Hotel

"You really booked us a first class?" Lexie smiled at Mark.

They were all in the waiting list waiting for their flight.

"Hmmh" Mark smiled.

"Where have you been!" Mark grunted seeing Derek and Addison walking towards them panting.

"Traffic, you know holiday" Derek breath out.

"We've been waiting for an hour and our flight leaves in 20 minutes or less" Nick complained.

"We slept late.... last night we packed until 2 am" Addison said.

"Just say it, you two had sex until 2 am" Mark chuckle but sounds annoyed. Derek just nodded.

"Attending every, calling all the passenger of
France, flight  BD9032 flight go to gate B1" the woman announced "I repeat Flight BD9032 and gate B1, thank you"

"That's us, let's go" Mark said Lexie beside him,leading them through the gate followed by Nick, Derek next to Addison while Meredith walking with Alex and Jo.

"This is great you know" Alex chuckled,

They're now sitting on their seat in the first class section.

"Ma'am, can I get you anything?" The flight attending asked Meredith.

"Uh no thank you" she replied. Nick across her right.

As the flight attendant asked the others what they want.

10 hours and half, that long. They have to be seated for 10 hours and half until they reached their destination.

Most of them slept through the flight since they all slept late or didn't sleep at all, like Nick.

But he's awake more that the other's who's already asleep, including Meredith who's sitting across him who's seemed in her deep sleep.

He find himself observing her, watching her chest rise up as she breath in.

"When will I have the courage to talk to you, alone" he thought to himself still observing Meredith, He knew what he wants, he knew what she is to him. He just can't find his courage to talk to her, but thinking about her fiance puts pressure in him, he's not planning on replacing him, he knew that he still has a special place in Meredith's hert and he's not planning on changing that, but he wanted to be the new guy who will always be there for her the guy who will take care of her the guy who will love her for who she is. He's just not sure if she felt the same because he's too coward to try and talk to her.

He told himself that even though she doesn't feel the same way or she's not ready to build a new relationship he still be there for her and he'll wait for her until she's ready as long as he could imagine.

"You're looking at her" Nick heard pulling him out of his seemingly deep thoughts. It's Lexie.

"What?" he answered.

"Meredith, you're looking at her again" Lexie said.

"So?"

"Nothing, it's just... kinda creepy watching someone sleep" Lexie said going back to her seat from the bathroom.

"Should we dinner first then check in or check in first then dinner?" Derek asked as they're walking out of the airport.

"Check in first because my feet hurts" Addison complain.

"Yeah definitely and I want to take a bath" Lexie added.

"You're sharing room with Mark aren't you?" Meredith then asked as they all stood out of the waiting area waiting for their ride.

"Mh-hm" Lexie nodded.

"Fine, then I'll booked my own room then I don't want to be your third wheel" Meredith said rolling her eyes ar her sister.

"Just share room with Nick" Mark said as Nick swallow a think lump of saliva that was in his throat.

" I can't.... I'm seeing someone" Nick blurred out stemmering nervously, he can see how Meredith avoided his eyes after hearing those words

"Oh, really?" Derek asked amused.

"Mhm, for a week now" Nick added his breathing uneven.

"I'm seeing someone? stupid, now she'll avoid you completely dumbass" Nick thought to himself. He only said that because he noticed how Meredith got somehow uncomfortable after hearing Mark's suggestions to share room with her.

"Oh, van is here" Alex said catching everyone's attention.

"Arome Hotel pleas" Derek said sitting in the front seat. Addison next to Lexie,Meredith and Jo the boys at the back.

"Reservation for Mark Sloan?" Mark said to the man in front of him.

" 4 rooms right?" the man suggested.

"Make it five actually, we had an unexpected guess came with us" Lexie added trying to cover up the real reason.

"Hm okay, here are your keys" the man said handling them the key card "Enjoy your stay and happy holidays" the man smiled receiving a genuine smile from them.

"Okay so, Lexie and I will get the room 763 and you... figure out the rest" Mark said passing them the keys as they picked it up "Come on" Mark added leading them in the elevator on their way to their room floor.

They all on the same floor thankfully, that'd be easy for them to call each other later for dinner or for their tomorrow's activities.

"Where is Mark, gos he's taking forever" Addison complained looking at her watched they're at the lobby waiting for Mark

"When I left he's still in the bathroom" Lexie said.

"Oh there he is" Derek sigh seeing Mark walk out of the elevator..

"What took you so long?" Meredith asked.

"I had to use the bathroom..... you know" Mark answered.

"Yeah, nevermind just- let's go" Derek smiled annoyed.

"What? I can't hold it!" Mark said trying to sound offended.

"Just, come one Mark"  Lexie chukled.

"So, where are we going to eat?" Nick asked.
breaking the loud silence in the rental van.

"I saw a steak restaurants there down that street, let's try those" Derek said pointing at the restaurant.

"That looks fancy" Mark said, he's driving the rental van.

"Let's try it" Nick added.
