The movie had ended and Naruto's heart was racing. "Uh Sasuke I'm going to leave now!" he yelled surprising the Uchiha. "Dobe why are you yelling!? but okay, I'll walk you there," he spoke.

"I don't know... and I can walk there myself!'' Naruto responded. Sasuke looked at the blonde boy in confusion. "Naruto this is an alpha dorm... you're an omega. I'm walking you there." he replied once again obtaining an emotionless look. Naruto frowned but eventually gave in.

They walked outside of the room, and Naruto looked at the clock on the wall that read 7:03 pm. "Sasuke, how long was that movie? it's so late."

"I don't know." he responded simply. Naruto looked at him slightly annoyed with the simple response. The blonde rolled his eyes and continued walking.

Once they got to the front of the Omega dorms Sasuke grabbed Naruto by the hand making the shorter boy's face go red. "S-Sasuke?"

"We should hang out more. You make me laugh, I like that." the Uchiha said with the most sincerity. What he had said was true, he had never laughed with someone as much as he did with Naruto.

Naruto smiled and yelled, "I'll make sure to make you laugh more than anyone else, dattebayo!" Sasuke gave a soft smile. "Good night Naruto."

As Sasuke walked away Naruto mumbled his own good night. Eventually, the boy decided to go inside the rooms, ready to face his roommate.

He walked in and saw Sai sitting on the couch, "Hey Naruto-san!" he yelled. Naruto cringed remembering the lewd thing he had caught his roommate doing. "Um, Sai..."

Sai looked away from the tv facing the boy, "Yeah?"

"Next time you bring someone over, tell me beforehand." Sai's eyes ran wide as he stumbled to find the right words to say. "N-NARUTO SAN I'M SORRY I'LL DEFINITELY TELL YOU." Naruto gave him a simple nod and went to his bed. Craving his missed nap time.

It had been a couple of days since Sasuke and Naruto hung out. They both desperately craved to spend time with one another. "Should I call him?" Naruto thought but was caught off guard by his phone's constant notifications. "What the-"

"NARUTO HAVE YOU HEARD?!" Sai ran to him. "Heard what? I'm so confused."

Sai had so much excitement in him that he started jumping, "There's going to be a ball!". Naruto rolled his eyes, "So?". Sai stopped before glaring at the blonde, "So? So this is breaking news and we need to prepare duh.". Naruto never learned how to dance so the thought of a ball didn't excite him. "I can't dance."

"Then I can teach you. Let's start practice tomorrow!". Sai exclaimed. "Sai how will I even pay for everything? Dont forget I got into this school with a scholarship, not money.."

"I'll pay!"

"No"

"You have no choice but to accept." Sai said. "Sai I don't wanna have debt with you." Naruto mumbled. "Oh trust me you won't." he spoke and walked out.

Naruto stared blankly trying to process what just happened. "A ball huh? For a poor dude this is so unexciting," he mumbled

Throughout the whole week, all he saw and heard were things that had to do with the ball. He never understood what was so special about them, but he couldn't deny he would love to see Sasuke in a suit. But speaking of Sasuke, Naruto hadn't seen him since it was announced, Kiba told him it was because Sasuke's brother was a big investor in the school. So Sasuke had to help organize since it was mostly his money.

Another thing he saw a lot of was people asking their significant other to the ball. It made him sick, how much of the air they would contaminated with their sweet... excited scents or maybe it was just jealousy.

"Naruto do you have a date for the dance?" Kiba asked him. "Sadly no. I don't think any girl would want to show up with a male omega. Talk about inferiority."

Kiba frowned, "I guess you have a point."

"Yeah.. in this society people are becoming more accepting of omegas but only the female ones. I wish I could forget how many times I've been cursed at by people who hate male omegas." Naruto spoke softly trying to hide the fact it actually did hurt him.

"Sorry man." Kiba whispered. "It's alright. Not like you chose my position." Naruto laughed.

"So how's Hinata?"

Kiba froze up and smiled awkwardly, "I asked her to the dance, and she said yes. Which I am so happy about but I haven't seen her since she helps organize the event. I'm honestly kinda jealous that Sasuke gets to see her more than me."

Even though Naruto knew Sasuke wasn't "his" he felt annoyed at the fact Hinata was spending the week with Sasuke alone.

"But thankfully the dance is coming up and her activities for winter will be done! Meaning I'll get to see her every day!!" Kiba smiled almost making him seem crazy. Naruto laughed at his goofiness.

He felt goosebumps throughout his body as did Kiba. "Woah did u feel that!?" Kiba yelled. "Yeah.." Naruto looked around getting the feeling someone was looking at him. There he was, the tall pale man he had been so desperately searching for.

It was almost as if Sasuke was looking down on him, which seriously turned him on. But right next to him was Kiba's indigo-haired girlfriend. Naruto was terrified of her.

Hinata had her arms crossed and was standing in a dominating pose, glaring at him. "K-Kiba." Naruto mumbled.

Kiba turned to look at Naruto and saw his beloved mate. "HINATA!" he yelled as he stood up. "Come on Naruto!" Kiba impatiently announced. 

Naruto nodded and followed, but as he got closer he noticed Sasuke's cold expression shifting to an annoyed one.

"Even when Hinata confronted him, he still hangs out with Kiba and even laughs with him." Sasuke thought mentally cursing the Inzuka's lifeline.

Kiba pulled Hinata in for a hug immediately softening her pissed expression. "I was just telling Naruto how much I missed you." he blurted out.

"Oh really? I'm glad you think so much of me." Hinata blushed.

Naruto stood awkwardly feeling too shy to speak. "Kiba let's speak later okay?" Sasuke coldly said. Kiba froze up as Sasuke walked away not making eye contact with Naruto once. "Fuck." Kiba groaned.

Hinata laughed taking Kiba's hand, "he's already warned you babe. Let's go though! They're letting me and the other event planners free today!" she spoke.

Kiba nodded and said, "Bye Naruto." as he and Hinata walked away.

Naruto felt his heart racing, both at how Sasuke looked at him and his scent being oddly possessive.

Just as he was floating to could nine Sai burst his bubble, "Yah Naruto let's go get fitted!"

"Fuck off Sai." he whined. Sai stared with a blank expression, "what?"
