INTOXICATING

I didn't remember much of what happened, shocked after seeing what I saw, I ran and ran. Sasuke and Sai, I never thought something like that would hurt. I still can't process what it is.

I ended up in the school's garden rain poring harshly.

"Fuck" I muttered running to the gardening shed. The rain hitting my body. I noticed a person in the distance but my vision was blurry. I guess the running tired me out.

A man walked into the shed, I honestly couldn't care less.

But then I heard his voice. "Naruto, what the fuck? Why were you running like a crazy person?" he yelled taking breaths in between. He followed me? When did he have the time to leave Sai.

 My heart sped up as I looked up at him. Water dripped down his body, and his hair soaked as he stared into my eyes.

"Naruto? Answer me."

I couldn't speak, my heartbeat as if it had run miles, my breathing hitched, and I couldn't take my eyes off him. "Sasuke.", he stared at me confused but respond, "Naruto."

I remember all the moments we had spent together as my heart beat faster and faster but then I remembered Sai. It felt as if my heart stopped; reality broke the trance. "You fucked my best friend."

His eyes widened. "What the fuck! I haven't!"

"I saw you... in the room."

"Naruto that wasnt me. I was with Neji."

"What. Then who was with him"

"I don't fucking know but it definitely wasn't me."

God, I feel so stupied. I just accused Sasuke Uchiha of sleeping with a man!!

"Naruto, I have a feeling you might have a misunderstanding on Sai's friendship with me."

"Clearly."

He gave a small smile but quickly went back to his 'I don't care about anything' face. "I'm helping Sai find his mate, and he's helping me do the same."

Mates? Fuck I forgot that was a thing. Sasuke has a mate, I have a mate. Even if I wanted something with him he has a destined partner.

"Have you found them?" I asked

"Sai hasn't had any luck but I found mine." he replied this time the smile came back. They must make him happy, that's good, right? If it is then why do I feel hurt? He turned to look at me his usual cold look eased. "But I don't think they realize yet, I don't think they know I'm dying to have them beside me"

He spoke with so much passion, I had never seen this side of him. I loved every second of it, I dont know why but I did.

He looked outside, "The rain calmed down let me walk you back." he just had to ruin the moment huh.

"I don't want to see Sai." he chuckled and put his hand out. "Then let me take you somewhere else?"

I smiled and slightly blushed, "Alright!" I grabbed his hand and we ran back inside.
