Dark Choco's POV

Adjusting my tie a million thoughts roamed my head: 'How did he even accept', 'He's going to ghost me', ect. Least to say, I was nervous. Hell I was panicking a day or two before I even asked. Now in front of my jewelry box I looked for something that would match my outfit. After I put the jewelry on I looked at the time while making sure I look fine in the mirror maybe fixing my hair, or adjusting my tie for the millionth time I looked at the clock again 5:48 Pm I had around 42 minutes till 6:30; when the date starts, I decided I should get going now as it would probably take 30 minutes to get there.

~ At the restaurant 6:19 ~

Finally I'm here. I walked inside asking if they could get my table ready, (he reserved one) Once I knew they were on it I waited outside for Red Velvet. After a couple minutes I was broken out of my trance by a hand in front of my face, "huh? Oh hey Vel" I said smiling glad he didn't ditch me. "Hey, let's go inside shall we?" He asked "We shall" I answered laughing a bit. We went inside and were escorted to our table, It was a two person table with a window right next to it showing a beautiful view. We sat down and looked at the menu talking about stuff, soon the waitress came by and took our orders then left, "hmm what's your favorite band?" Red Velvet said "Oh uhh My Chemical Romance?" I replied a bit unsure "Pfft ur so emo" He laughed "I'M NOT EMO my goodness. Fine, what's your favorite band?" I yelled, taking a sip of my water. "That's up for debate and my favorite band is probably Mother Mother" Red Velvet said laughing a bit from the emo situation. The waitress soon came by refilling their drinks and heading off to assist another table. "I just realized how come no one has recognized us yet? Like as dark cookies" Red Velvet asked genuinely curious "Oh this kingdom is very secluded from others so they haven't caught wind of anything and we haven't attacked this place" I said and continued "Id also like to keep it that way, this place is so beautiful" I finished "Yeah" He replied soon our food came I thanked the waiter and they left "Finally!! Food!" I said with excitement I haven't eaten since this morning "Im starving!" Red velvet said before we both started eating and talking with each other once again. I felt so comfortable around him, like I could say anything without being judged, after a while we talked about many things as in: Favorite band, movies and books, and just got to know each other a bit more. I looked down at my watch, it was now 7:46 "We should get going" I said both of us done with our food "yeah" he said, we talked and waited for the bill to come by and I paid. Once we were outside I got in his car because I walked here (manz don't own a car!?) we chatted our way home, back to the mansion.

-Inside-

As soon as we got inside I went to my room to change into casual clothes. Once I got out I met back up with Red Velvet we were talking when someone ran up to us "BET YOU CAN'T BEAT ME IN MARIO KART!" Licorice said throwing a controller at both of us "BET!" I Red Velvet yelled running after him to the gaming room, I just followed after them awaiting the chaos to come.
