Chapter 15

Okay well this is kind of a filler chapter but I know some of you guys wanted Daniels point of view so Thats what this chapters about..I think you guys will enjoy it! Promise the next chapter will be about Avery:) althought I love Daniel too:)

Chapter 15:

Daniels P.O.V

Kari was sitting down next to me and I kept shifting in my seat every five seconds, I couldn't help it I was nervous, you could hear the sound of voices talking from the T.V and I looked at the screen blankly, I didn't know what to say. I really don't know what I was thinking when I asked her to stay. Her face was slightly illuminated from the T.V's glow and I watched as her curly brown hair brushed her cheek. Her head turned slightly my way and she gave me a questioning look. I blushed and looked away. Oh fuck! I'm turning into such a girl, Im the guy every girl in school wants, I'm the guy who dated half the school and here I am sitting down practically blushing and getting nervous over my best friends sister? Um, I don't think so. I'm going to man up. Kari giggled, I looked at her face and saw that she was watching me while I conteplated over my man issues and I figured I must have been making some weird faces. I smirked and said, "What's so funny?" she blushed a little and looked down onto her lap I couldn't help but find her shyness so adorable.

"Nothing you looked like well...you were in some major constipation." she giggled again and I playfully glared at her. I noticed we were now closer to each other on the couch we were subconciously moving without knowing it. I glanced up at her and watched as her eyes widened. Those pretty green eyes were framed under long eyelashes that fluttered nervously as her eyes shifted up and down.

"Kari..." I said silently.

"Yeah..." she said

"Would you like to hang out with me sometime?" I said her mouth shaped a small O in shock and I wondered if she thought this was a date.

"I mean as friends I'd love to hand out with you.." I added without thinking her face slightly fell and I couldn't help but feel a small pang in my chest.

"Yeah, I'd love to.." she said shyly.

"Okay then, do you want to eat something because Im starving." I said rubbig my stomach in a way that showed just how hungry I was Kari laughed. Her laugh was like bells ringing or maybe that was just me.

"Yeah I was wondering when you'd ask.." She said coyly and cocked an eyebrow.

"Oh really?"

"Yes" she laughed again and this time I joined her, I walked over to the counter in the kitchen where we kept the phonebooks out and I dialed for pizza, I ordered two large pepporoni pizza's. After I hung up I leaned on the counter cassually and crossed my arms as I watched Kari look at the pictures framed up on the wall as If she hasn't been here in this house for years now. I started to wonder why I hadn't liked Kari before but I was guessing maybe because she was my sisters friend and that's just off limits. I chuckeled slightly as I watched Kari trip over a wooden stool. She looked up blushing furiously and I laughed at her emberassed expression. But that only made it worse since she ended up tumbling onto the floor as her foot caught on the rug.

"Oh gosh! I'm such a klutz!" I heard her slightly mutter from the ground. I walked over to her and helped her up. I didn't let go of her hand and just took her to the kitchen. I pointed to a chair and said, "Sit." she followed my orders and right then the doorbell rang.

"Dont move." I said as I walked backwards towards the door. When I got there I opened the door to pay for the pizza, I quickly grabbed it and shut the door. When I walked back into the kitchen I noticed Kari was sitting still as a stone.

"Okay now you can move..sorry I thought you might brake something if I didnt keep an eye on you." she glared and crossed her arms. I laughed and said, "Im kidding, but no seriously your a walking disaster..."

She sighed heavily and said "I know..."

I laughed some more.

"You know I still remember that one time when you ran around our house half naked and you crashed into my moms dolls.." I said laughing at the memory, my mother was so pissed off that she wouldn't talk to Avery because she brought Kari over. Kari once again blushed like crazy, I couldn't believe I can make such a crazy fun loving girl blush like that. She groaned loudly and covered her face.

"Ugh! Don't remind me! I felt so guilty for weeks!" she said. She took a slice of pizza and bit into. I watched her in amazement she really wasn't like all the other girls. Most girls would complain about not pigging out because they might get fat or they're afraid of eating in front of guys which makes no sense. She practically shoved the first piece into her mouth after she was done she reached out for another slice. She paused and looked up at me.

"Arent you going to eat?" She asked, I shook my head to get rid of my thoughts and took a slice off the box and ate it slowly, watching her all the while.

Okay well what do you guys think I don't want to rush Kari and Daniels relationship so quickly but yeah anyways I was thinking about MAYBE doing a sequel called Being The Player... And it would be from Daniels point of view but I don't know I'm still thinking about it:) so what do you guys think?? Vote. Comment. Fan
