Chapter Four

~~Phils POV~~

The sun rudely poked through my windows, awaking me. I reached over to my bedside table to check my phone and it was only 6:30.

Soon after I put my phone down and started getting comfy in hopes to fall asleep again, but then I heard something from Dans room.

Surely Dan wouldn't be awake at this time? He's not normally awake until at least 10, especially on a Tuesday. Or was it Dan? I mean it's highly unlikely because why would someone choose the twelfth floor to break in to? I had to check anyway.

Without making any noise, I slipped out of bed and wrapped my dressing gown around me. I snuck out of my room and across the hallway to Dans.

I was trying not to take this too seriously as Dan would find this hilarious if it was actually him, which was still pretty unlikely.

I slowly opened the door and there sat Dan, staring at his laptop screen with no signs of looking away any time soon, taking my place from last nights Twitter scroll.

"Dan?"

"What?!" He said turning his head immediately.

"Jesus Christ Dan! Since when do you get up so early?! I thought someone had broken in!" I fretted.

Dan laughed a little, obviously finding something about this situation comedic.

"Is this really your reaction to me being up early?" he laughed "That is a goal accomplished I think, reaching the point where my friend thinks someone broke into our flat because I didn't have a lay in" Dan said, mockingly.

"What are you doing up so early anyway?" I ignored his jokes.

"You know how I YouTubed HI last night?" I nodded. "I found this one video of this girl and she's been on YouTube for around 8 years now and she's really funny, we should ask for a collab?"

I thought for a second. We didn't know this girl really and we had no connections with her but she is a YouTuber herself and has been for a while now, and Dan wouldn't suggest such a thing if she wasn't a genuine girl.

"Sure?" I replied, slightly unsure. "What's her name?"

Dan informed me that her name is Holly Wilds and she is 21. He told me about her looks and her video content, and it made sense that Dan would like this girls channel, sarcasm, procrastination, social awkwardness, they were a match really.

After learning all there is to know about Holly, I was feeling pretty excited about the possibility of collabing with her.

"Why don't you message her now?" I asked.

"Because in one of her vlogs, she pretended it was 7:00am when she woke up, but then her friend, whose name I think is Leah..." he said dragging out the name to show he was unsure of that. "said that Holly actually never wakes up before 10:00 unless she is woken up." He explained to me.

"You've done your research." I laughed.

"And so have you on Emma Watson, what's her big toe's size Phil?" Dan retorted, looking up at me with a 'I told you so' look in his eyes.

"I don't stalk her that much!"

"What is it?"

I looked down at the floor and replied slowly:

"4.3cm, but I didn't mean to find that out, the internet is a strange place, you know that!" I attempted to defend myself.

"Yeah yeah Phil" Dan laughed.

~~Leah's POV~~

"HOLLY" I yelled trying to awake her.

Nope. That wasn't working.

I stormed into her room and opened the curtains.

"WAKEY WAKEY" I yelled.

"What are you doing Leah?" she whined. "This is abuse..."

"Holly, you wake me up, I wake you up, get it?" I said sternly.

"But I haven't moved all morning" She croaked.

"Your phone has been going off since 5am this morning. I've not checked it but you either have an admirer or a stalker and whatever it is, it's doing my head in!"

"Give it here?" Holly asked, with a slight plead in her tone.

"Get it for yourself woman" I laughed, knowing that she's going to protest.

Holly groaned as expected and pulled herself from bed with a sigh.

She dragged her feet over to the living room and picked up her phone from the coffee table.

"I hope this is worth it" she mumbled.

"Funnily enough, I do too" I laughed, but was slightly serious too.

Holly checked her phone and dropped it almost immediately.

"What? What is it?" I asked, picking up her phone to check what the drama was.

Dan had liked every singe video of Holly's.

I looked up to look at Holly and smiled at her, awaiting a reaction.

She raised her hand over her face and screamed. This scream was atleast 10 times louder than the time Phil noticed her message on YouNow.

I pulled her into a hug to try to calm her and winced as she carried on screaming.

"Holly, you should ask for a collab! This could be the break through of your career!" I suggested, as if she didn't need something more to be excited about.

"WHAT" Holly said as she started crying, but with a huge smile on her face.
