Reunion

Chapter 23

"Okay, we've brought you all here together for a reason..." Naruto said.

Every one of his friends were on the couches of his new house. His kids were there too. Even Kakashi and his husband had been there. Naruto's parents were there, but Sasuke's weren't.

"We'll tell us! It must be important, especially because you woke me up really early to tell me this." Kushina joked. Most of the adults laughed.

"Well, we have some news..."
Naruto said, as he gripped his fiancée's hand.

"We're getting married!"
Naruto continued.

"WHAT?!"
Kushina said, joyously.

"Congratulations!"
Hinata applauded. Even though her and Naruto were divorced, they still got along. She was very supportive of Naruto and his relationship with Sasuke. She had meet someone new. Her girlfriend, Sakura Haruno.

"YAY! I can't wait! We have to start planning!"
Sakura said, tapping on her partners shoulder.

"If anything, I'll help with the planning!"
Ino said, her husband Sai standing next to her.

"Where's the ring?!"
Kiba said, standing up from the couch.

Naruto stuck his hand out, and the ring shimmered. Kiba and a couple others leaned close to look at it.

"Wow! It's beautiful!"
Ino said.

"Yeah, the gem reminded me of Naruto's eyes."
Sasuke said, looking at his fiancé.
Naruto gave a soft smiled to his lover.

"Aww that's so cute! Why can't you be like that Shikamaru!" Temari said, turning her head to her husband. He just shrugged.

"OMG! This is so exciting! We have to start planning! I have to rent the venue and the flowers and the suits and the dresses and-"

"Mom! It's alright. We haven't even came up with a day yet!" Naruto said, trying to calm his mom down.

"I want it to be soon. I want to be married to you as soon as I can! It's something that matters to me!" Sasuke said to his lover.

The room was filled with "aw's".

"You guys truly are so perfect for each other!"
Ino said, clapping. Let's be real, she was the person who predicted their marriage.

"So daddy? Does this mean that we're gonna have a party?" Himawari asked, holding her fathers hand. They walked through an isle that contained spices.

"Yeah! And you're gonna be the flower girl! How does that sound?"

"Yeah yeah! I wanna be the flower girl! C-can I wear a pretty dress too?"

"Yes sweetie, you'll have the most beautiful dress."

"Thank you papa!"

Naruto and his family sat down at the dinner table. Him and his fiancé had prepared the food together. The kids talked and laughed with each other, while the couple had a nice conversation.

"Haha, and then Kiba fell on his face and got caught!" Naruto laughed.

A little, "Hm" came to from the Uchiha. The sat by each other.

"You know..." Sasuke slightly shuffled his hand under the table. "Once we get married, we'll be going on a honeymoon." Sasuke gently placed his hand on Naruto's thigh. "And we'll be alone the whole time." The Uchiha slid his hand up Naruto's thigh. The movement made Naruto blush madly.

"S-Sasuke! Not here, in a bit! We have a whole room, we won't do this in the kitchen. Our kids are here!" Naruto whispered.

"You're just, so beautiful."

"Yes I know! But it doesn't give you permission to-" Naruto was cut off.

"Hey dad? When's the wedding? I want to start looking for a suit!" Boruto exclaimed.

"Yeah, Yeah! I wanna start looking for my dress! Can I get a bow too?" Himawari commented.

By now, Sasuke had already removed his hand from Naruto's thigh.

"We'll, we still have a lot of planning to do! But I'll let all of you know when we're ready!"

"Okay dad!" Boruto said.

"Okay papa!" Himawari said.

Naruto stood near the sink in his bathroom, brushing his teeth. His fiancé laid on their bed.

"Hey, honey?"
Naruto asked from the bathroom.

"Yes love?"
Sasuke responded. He held a book in his hand and his reading glasses were on.

"Are you...going to invite your parents?"
Naruto said, walking back into their bedroom.

"I...I'm not sure. Could you maybe, come with me to their house? I could call them and tell them I'm going to visit them. I much rather tell them in person. Considering that they never knew that I even divorced Sakura."

"Sasuke, I would love to. Anything that helps you, I'll do. But, what about the kids? Where do your parents live?"

"They live near a resort by the ocean. After they retired, my brother took over his business and I started my own. They don't know about that either. My father never really believed in me."

"Well, I believe in you. The kids do too. So he can go-"

"Dear, calm down. I would love to cuss out my father, but now. When you see him you can."

They both laughed. Naruto snuggled up to Sasuke. They both stared intently into each other's eyes.

"I love you."

"I love you too, my soon-to-be husband."

"Hm, well my soon-to-be husband. Why don't we continue what we were doing at the dinner table?" Sasuke said, slyly, as he climbed on top of Naruto. Naruto giggled as Sasuke kissed him all over his face and his neck. He squirmed around under the Uchiha.

Naruto wrapped his arms around Sasuke's neck. "I'm tired. It's been a long day."

"Fine. See you in the morning, my love."
Sasuke climbed off Naruto, before giving him a kiss on his forehead. Naruto kissed him on his cheek, "Goodnight."

"Night love."

Sasuke stretched his arm to turn off the lamp light, that was the only thing illuminating their room. They feel asleep in each others arms. Their love longing through the night.
