Ranboos POV
There was a knock at Tommys door. Tommy moved my arm from his waist and stood up. He sighed and walked to the door.
"Who is it?" Tommy asked.
"Your father, open this door before I open it myself."
Tommy stood up and walked to the door. He opened it and let his father inside.
"Where are they?" His dad asked as he looked around the room.
"What do you mean?" Tommy asked, acting confused. It was kinda cute seeing hi- never mind.
"Tubbo and Purpled! Where are they, Tommy!? I know they're here!" Tommy's dad yelled out.
Pardon my language- I know that he's Tommys dad but whats the fucking point of yelling at him.
"They left for the town. They said they were going to sleep over at one of their friends' houses but I don't know which one" Tommy quickly said.
His father grabbed Tommys cup of water that was sitting on his desk and threw it at Tommy which broke into pieces.
I froze Tommy's father quickly and went over to Tommy.
"Are you okay!? Did it get into your eyes!? Tommy?!" I held his face but he wouldn't speak. He just stood there. None of the pieces got onto his face which was good but I'm pretty sure there were some on his legs.
"You're still invisible, dumbass." He giggled. "I'm fine but uhm- I think you should go before anything else happens."
I was confused. Does he know that glass was just thrown at him?
He undid the invisible spell on me and shook his clothing so that glass wouldn't be stuck on there.
"Are you sure? I don't really want to go back home...", I said to him.
"I'm sure, Ranboo. I'll unfreeze him as soon as you leave." He spoke softly yet his voice was shaking.
I nodded and grabbed my things. I gave him a hug and left through the window.
It was still dark outside and it was raining, great. My parents usually didn't let me use my powers for traveling but I wasn't just going to walk home. I teleported in front of my house and knocked.
My parents had come back home early since they finished up the stuff they needed to do at the other town.
My Dad opened the door and smiled. He let me in and I started taking off my shoes.
"Didn't you have a hoodie when you left?" He asked me.
I knew I was forgetting something.
"I forgot it at my friend's house." I told him. He just nodded and walked away.
"Ranboo!" My little brother yelled as he ran toward me.
He tackled me and we both fell on the floor. We both laughed and sat up.
"Where were you?" He asked me.
"I was at Tommy's house...", I whispered to him. He knew about me secretly seeing Tommy. He's the only one I can actually trust. (Even though he's 5 years old.)
"Get off of the floor boys." My mom told us. We quickly got off the floor and we went to my room.
Ran smiled, "Tell me all about it!"
I told him everything. He's never really been out of the house so he's never seen Tommy in real life but I've shown him a lot of photos of him.
He knew what was wrong and what was right. He's a smart kid, smarter than me if I'm being honest.
He knew that me seeing Tommy was risky and that I could get in so much trouble for it.
"I wanna visit Tommy one day." He told me.
I have thought about bringing Ran to Tommy's place but it was way too risky. If we got caught I would be dead and Ran would have to be put on lockdown.
My parents have been very strict about Ran going outside since he was very young. Sure, Ran is smart, just not smart enough to know when people will try to kidnap him and threaten to kill him.
We stopped talking as soon as we heard the sound of knocking and a door opening.
It was my mom, "Ranboo can you please put your brother to bed? It's late and he needs to get some rest." She sounded a bit stressed out. Probably because of the phone calls she's been getting from the people in the city.
I just nodded and picked Ran up. He tried to get out of my arms but let's face it, I'm the stronger sibling.
I carried Ran out of my room and went into his room which was next door to mine. I let him choose a book and then I read it to him.
We said our goodnights and I left the room. My mom was waiting outside for me and I already knew what she was going to ask me. "So, who's the 'friend' who've you been talking about? It's so obvious you have a crush on them."
I scoffed, "It's just someone I met on the streets and we can't be together anyways."
"How come?" She asked me.
"They have strict parents and I don't know if they even like me back."
She sighed and pulled me over to the sofa. "If this boy truly loves you he calls you when he misses you, he'll hug you when he wants you, and if he cares about you he'll show it. If he doesn't do any of those things it's better to find another person."
"How did you know it's a boy?" I asked. I know my mom knew a lot of things but how did she know the gender so quickly?
"I saw a lot of stickers with the gay flag in your room. You aren't good at keeping secrets." She told me.
I chuckled, "I know.. Uh- This is random but um- How would you feel if I date someone that you don't like?"
"Then I'll try my best to be nice to him. Just because I don't like him doesn't mean you can't date him."
I smiled and gave her a hug. "Thank you."
