The New Superkids

Chapter 1 intro

Two fresh fifteen year old twins walk off the plane onto the sharp snow. Both blonde hair, blonde nearly the same height and same length in hair, but don't say they are the same. They are not. Rose is much more shy and closed in than her twin, Ruth. They walk a bit forwards, when suddenly Rose slipped into the sharp snow making her twin giggle.
"That's not funny. I wanted to look nice when I first meet Commander Kellie." whines Rose, she gets up brushing the white powder off her trousers.
"It's fine, see it's coming off." Sighs Ruth who takes out her black liquid eye liner and mirror and makes her eye liner look better. Rose watches her sister, admiring her make up.

Ruth wears much more black make up than Rose. Rose gets really jealous when people admire Ruth more than her but she is trusting in God that she won't be pushed to the back any more.

Ruth is the oldest and looks much older and acts mature than Rose. Ruth is not shy like Rose, that's probably why she is jealous as she is so much more confident that her sister.

"Come on. We better get there fast."
"But we don't have a time." says Ruth who complains as her sister likes to know the time a lot and likes to be not late to anything. "It's better to early than late." Ruth says in a squeaky voice.
"Shut it Ru!" says Rose as she calls her sister by her nickname...

David swishes his blonde fringe out of his eyes as he takes his choir cloak off himself.
"David?" He looks round to see Commander Missy smiling at him. She flicks her own blonde hair back so she could see where she was looking. Missy used to be in the bluesquard a few years ago and now she is the choir teacher and clothes designer for Superkid Academy. They get the materials from her Dad who use to own his own company.

"Yes Commander." David says looking at her.
"Would you like to do a solo for the show and tell in a month time. We need someone to do it and I thought you."
David goes bright red at this point. He has never being chosen to do a solo, he always wanted to he just never had been asked till now.
"Sure, I would love to." He tries to act casual as he leans on the cloak rank which falls over easily. "I got it."
"You sure?" Commander Missy asks as she picks a few cloaks for him.
"Yes Commander. Thanks." Commander Missy walks away with a smile on her face, knowing she could count on David.

David sighs in relief that he didn't embarrass himself further but what was he going to sing? He was going take his Bluesquard test next week!...

Jade brushes her quiet short black hair back into a ponytail. She was sat on her bed, reading the story of Moses for the billionth time. She loves the stories in the bible, how exciting they are and adventurous they are. She wishes she had a adventure waiting for her, that's why she signed up for entering into the Bluesquard. She heard about their adventures and defeating NME.

She walks out of the room and walks straight into Commander Rapper who has damp hair with melting snow on him and a rope slung over his shoulder.
"Rapper? What do you do in the Bluesquard Entry Exam?" Commander Rapper doesn't like being called Commander Rapper, so people just call him Rapper.
"Well Commander Dana and all of the Commanders test you on different subjects such as science, maths, English and of course sports. Then God will decide who is going to be on the Bluesquard or not."
"Is it hard?" Jade questions as she is nervous and excited inside.
"You and your questions Jade. Ready for Climbing this afternoon?" Rapper who was in the Bluesquard, is now a a Climbing instructor and raps in his spare time.
"Yep." Jade nods and rushes off to lunch....

James sighs as he sits to the mirror, looking at himself, he pulls at his black collar. James feels more comfortable wearing black, that's why he is not wearing the Superkid Academy Uniform. He sighs as he hates it at Superkid Academy, gelling his hair in the mirror.
"James?" Commander Paul comes into the room. He looks at James who is gelling his hair and smiles. "James can I have a word?"
"Yes sure." James looks up with his brown eyes. James doesn't want to do anything wrong as he doesn't want to be sent back home, even through he doesn't like it at Superkid Academy. He won't go back home, never.
"What do you think about entering Bluesquard test?"
James shrugs his shoulders and sits on the bed. "What's the point?"
"Well I think you could pass with flying colours." says Commander Paul who smiles to himself...
