I had a bad day today. I got a B on my Math test. I totally deserved an A. People talked about me not wearing my glasses all day. Good and Bad, mostly bad. Matt ignored me all day also he flirted with another girl right in front of me. That felt amazing. Maddy got hurt in PE. Leah was at her audition. Carter came and got Chenoa in 2nd period because "she was sick". So for the rest of the day, I was all by myself because I don't trust school people. Chenoa is the last school person I have ever trusted. Matt is supposed to take me home but I called Cameron and he couldn't come so he called Nash. This all is so great. Nash comes and gets me at lunch. I've never been so excited to see Nash. I walk up to his car and cry. He looks at me. I look up.
" Can we go please?" I sigh.
" What's wrong?" Nash says.
" Bad day at school." I say.
He starts the car and drives off.
" What happened?" He asks.
" Matt happened." I say.
I don't know why I'm telling him what's wrong. I can't stop.
" What did he do?" He asks.
" He's mad because I forgot about our little sick date or whatever and today he flirted with another girl right in front of me." I say.
" That sucks. But that doesn't sound like Matt." He says.
He turns into this frozen yogurt place.
" Surprise! I'm buying you frozen yogurt!" Nash says.
" Why are you being so nice to me?" I say.
" I'm turning a new leaf." Nash says.
" I guess." I say.
" Let's go." Nash smiles.
His smile is actually really nice when he's not being mean.
