We call our parents and put it on speaker.
" Hi princess." Mom says.
" Hi Mommy." I say.
" Did you need something?" Mom asks.
" Well me and Cameron have a question." I say.
" Ask away." Mom says.
" Can we go to North Carolina?" We say.
" Why?" Mom says.
" We're visiting Nash and Hayes." Cameron says.
" I'm not very fond of that Nash boy." Dad says.
" Hi Coach." I say.
" Hi princess." Dad says.
" Nash is my boyfriend." I say.
" What?!" My parents scream through the phone.
" What happened to you and Matt?" Mom asks.
" Long story." I say.
" Is Maddy still dating the other one?" Dad asks.
" Yeah." Cameron says.

" So can we go?" I whine.
" Have you done your homework?" Mom asks.
" I'll do it on the plane. I promise." I say.
" Did you clean the house?" Dad asks.

We cheer.
" Thanks Mommy." We say.
" Ok I gotta go. Love you guys." Mom says.

We hang up. Maddy is cracking up.
