The shuttle takes us to their house. We finally get to their house and Cameron knocks on the door. Skylynn answers the door. She gasps when she sees us.
" Are you guys here to play horses?" Skylynn squeals.
" Who's at the door, baby?" Nash's mom calls out.
" Cameron, Vicki and Maddy." Skylynn says.
Her mom comes up to the door.
" Hey guys. Come on in." She says.
We drag our luggage in.
" Thank you so much for having us here." Cameron says.
" No problem, you guys are welcome anytime." She smiles.
" I'm Vicki." I say.
" I know who you are, You're all Nash talks about." She smiles.
I smile and look down.
" Come sit down. They will be home in a second." She says taking us to the living room.
We sit down on the couch.
" Nash showed that video with you guys and that Asian boy and his girlfriend. Hayes is a good boyfriend, huh?" She says.
" The best." Maddy says.
" Nash could use some work." She laughs.
I love her accent. I laugh too.
" Can Cameron play horses, mommy?" Skylynn says.
" Ask him." She laughs.
" Can you play horses?" Skylynn asks.
" Of course I can." Cameron says.
Skylynn drags Cameron upstairs.
" Do you guys want anything to drink?" She asks.
" Yes please." We say.
" I'm sorry. Hayes is at football practice and they went to go get him. They probably went to the store after that." She smiles.
" It's fine." We say.
" Do you guys always talk together like that?" She laughs.
" Sometimes." We laugh.
