Chapter 13

As I left that house.

Which is actually now my house for some reason..........?

Which, I don't know, how I became the owner of the house.........?

Which, I don't even want to think about it for many reasons.........?

After leaving the house, passing through the garden, I got on the road and started walking towards my grandpa's house.

As I was walking, I thought that everyone must be worried about me since I didn't come back last night. I couldn't even contact them, because I didn't take my phone when I left grandpa's place yesterday.

Even if I had taken it with me, I wouldn't be able to contact them anyway. Because the nearest cell tower is miles away from this area. So, there's hardly any signal to reach them. Even Celina didn't have a cellphone with her. So, I couldn't reach anyone.

After walking for a while, I noticed something odd. It was about the area. Because everything around me was clean, dry and nothing wet or muddy. It was strange.

Yesterday there was a terrible storm and because of it, I was stuck in that house. But looking around the area it doesn't seem like there had been any storm or rain yesterday. It felt like something like a storm never happened.

Hmm......If the storm did happen yesterday, then why it is dry everywhere?

As I thought about it and walked towards the road, I finally could see my grandpa's place.

When I saw my grandpa's house, there were a lot of people gathering around it.

I thought my grandpa must have called everyone for looking for me. (Since I didn't come back last night)

When I arrived there, I asked someone who was passing there. He told me that, someone had died and that's why he was there.

After hearing that I was shocked.

- Did someone die? Who? And what exactly happened when I was gone?

As these questions circle around my head, I quickly went inside the house without thinking anything else.

As I opened the door, I thought about who have died?

- Was it my grandpa or grandma? Or did something happen to my father or mother and the reason is because of me, not coming back home yesterday?

When I entered the house, I learned about the person who died and I was speechless.

Because the person who died wasn't my grandpa or grandma, nor my father or mother, or my sister nor any of my relatives.

The one who is dead was actually me.

ME!?

Yes, it was me. It seems like I was the one who had died and everyone has come here to pay respect for me.

So, I'm dead. Hmm.......

Which is absolutely rubbish?

Of course, I'm not dead. I'm right here.

What's wrong with everyone? Declaring me as a dead person, who just didn't come back last night? They're just overreacting a little bit.

I'll just talk to them. That should clear things up.

As I approach my family I nearly had a doubt in my heart.

- What if I'm really dead? Back in that house, what if Celina did something to me, and now I'm.... no, no! That can't be! If that was true then I wouldn't be able to talk to that person earlier. That means I'm still alive.

Then, I called my parents and others that I've come back home.

They looked at me and they were shocked, happy, and crying at the same time. They quickly hugged me and checked if I was okay or not.

After our reunion, I learned some shocking truths, which lead everyone to believe that I was really dead.

The truth was really simple and when I learned about it, I couldn't believe that it was possible.

As everyone knows, yesterday after listing to my grandpa's story I went outside and ended up in that house. I also ended up staying over the night and later in the morning, I came back to my grandpa's house.

But the truth is a little different. Because, when I went outside after listing to my grandpa's story, I actually went missing after that and it wasn't just one night. But actually, it was several nights. More accurately, I was missing for more than four days. And returned home on the fifth day.

As the shocking truth came in front of me, I couldn't believe what they were saying.
