ONE LAST TIME - stuck up in a conditional marriage

Part 5

Days passed by. It's been almost one month since you both got married. And to say about your marital life, there was nothing.

This whole month, Yoongi had his new album promotion so he was quite busy. He even traveled to different places in Korea for fan sign events and performances.

Thanks to God there weren't any concerts soon

And about you, since the companies merged, you had quite a lot of work to handle. The new projects and also the previous pending projects of Min Industries are all were upon your head now.

You had to check everything cause Se Joo was already working a lot. He was so helpful yet handling the burden of two companies wasn't a small thing.

You neither had time to check up on Yoongi. You arrived home late every day, almost at 12 or 1 am. And by the time you reached, he was already sleeping.

And when Yoongi woke up, you used to leave home already, after making sure you cooked breakfast for both. He was happy that at least you were having meals.

But what he didn't know was you were only having breakfast on time. The remaining meals were neglected by you due to heavy work.

And after this whole month, Yoongi finally got his free time. Now the band had to only practice until the company would announce their concert dates. The band already knew that the concert would be in the upcoming month. So they have one month in their hands now.

It was the weekend, Sunday. You were barely hanging on with the least energy you had. You kept checking the files, until your secretary, Jimin, came into your cabin.

"Y/n, Yoongi is here," Jimin stated.

"Let him in. He doesn't need to wait" you replied.

A minute later, Yoongi entered your cabin. You didn't lift your head to see him cause you were so immersed in your work.

"Hey..." his voice trailed.

You shot your head up to look at him. He wasn't healthy either. He needs sleep, you understood that looking at his dark circles.

"Hey... Umm.."

"It's the weekend. I thought you'll be at home but you're here" he stated

"Had work to do," you shrugged.

"Okay...will you get free in the evening?" He asked you.

"Why?"

"Let's go out for dinner. It's been a month and we haven't even seen each other properly" Yoongi chuckled.

"Umm..yeah sure.. I'll complete my work in two hours" you smiled.

He smiled and showed you a thumbs up. He walked towards the couch in your cabin and sat on it. You looked at him with your confused expression.

"I'll wait here. Was feeling bored at home" Yoongi stated.

"Okay...suit yourself. Order any snack if you're hungry" you said and continued your work.

It was already 6 when he arrived. He decided to browse on his mobile. In that way, two hours would pass easily.

He didn't even realize that he dozed off while looking around. You Continued doing your work and you even forgot that there was a person in front of you, waiting to just have dinner.

Jimin left after making sure that Yoongi will stay here. He was just being with you but you didn't actually need his assistance for the day.
