Louis' POV

"You're here! You're here! Nicki is here! Wait, why are you here?!" I pulled away from her embrace. "Your mum told me what you did..."

"Uh.. what did I do?" I played dumb, okay. She was here! I never thought I would see the girl again.

"Louis, you adopted my kids. You kept them from foster life." She smiled a dazzling smile. "Pfft, no I didn't! I just.. have random kids here. No relation to your kids at all."

She gave me a little slap on the arm. "Oi, shush up Louis." I mocked her, "Oi, shush up Nikki."

"Loouuuiisss! Stop! Give me a hug, I missed you you goof." I pulled her into another hug. "Missed you too."

My phone began to ring out of no where, surprising Nikki with my new ring tone *I realize this song just came out.. but it's October in the story now, let's pretend it is fiction anyway* >> It's on the side if you haven't heard it yet. Thrift Shop by Macklemore!

I'm gonna pop some tags, only got 20$ dollars in my pocket. This is fucking awesome.  Ah, Walk into the club and be like, whaddup I got a big cock-" I smiled sheepishly at Nikki who was giving me a horrified look.

"Hello?" An Irish voice replied back. "Ey mate, What ya up to today?"

I smiled. "Hey Niall, I'm actually with someone... important. It's uh, it's Sam & Lyrics mom." I bit my lip waiting for His or Nikki's reaction. "Wait, what?! The Nikki girl is there? Can I meet her?! Please, mate!"

"Hey, Nikki.. I know today should just be you me and the kids, but Niall really wants to meet you.. is it okay?"

She bit her lip in return. "I-I guess...I'm not staying for long.. Harry is the only reason I'm not leaving after this.."

i was going to have to thank Harry.. That may or may not be awkward. "Alright, Thanks."

"Hey, Ni. She said it's okay. Just text me when you're on your way, Kay?"

"Woo! See ya in a bit, mate!"

I hung up and turned back to Nikki. "So, before he gets here.... Let's talk. How've you been?" I sat down in one of the beanbag chairs in the nursery and motioned for her to sit in the rocking chair. "I-I've been better than I used to be... What you and Jay did really helped out. thanks for that. Everything. I'm glad you didn't let my kids go to a foster home.. but I feel like you did it out of guilt."

"I don't even know why I did it honestly... I was looking at them through the nursery window.. and then I was signing the adoption forms."

"I'm really kinda glad you did.. How've you been, Louis? harry uh, told me  about what he did.." She laughed nervously.

"Oh..."

"Sorry. I didn't meant to make it awkward. But you need to thank him or else I would've had a lot of trouble finding you." She put her hand on my knee reassuringly. "I know.. He's done a lot for me and he's the only reason I'm doing so well with Sam & Lyric.. He's great with them. Plus, Lyric is really easy to handle. Sam isn't too bad.."

I could hear a door slam and an irish accent call out in the living room. "LOUEH!"

"That'd be Niall. Ready to meet him? It's not anything big.. but I feel like it is."

Instead of a reply, she took my hand and led me out to the living room where Niall was jumping around impatiently and Harry & Ed where setting up tea. i sent a small smile towards Harry. He returned one, hope clear in his eyes.

"Hi! I'm Niall, you must be Nikki. You make adorable children!" He laughed. Nikki laughed before Sending a wink towards him, causing him to turn an adorable shade of red. "Thanks, mate. I see you're not from this area. Irish you are."

"Yeah." He chuckled. "Girls like the accent." He winked. Somebody's got a crussshhh!

"Ah, so you get lots of girlfriends?" She laughed and I decided to give them a few minutes to talk.

I walked up to Ed and tapped him on the shoulder, disrupting him and Harry's conversation. "C-Can I talk to Harry for a second?"

Ed smiled. "Yeah, mate. He's all yours." he gave me a wink which I though unnecessary. "How about. we go somewhere more private. Like the nursery?" Harry asked. I nodded my head and followed him to the nursery, he still had Lyric so I was guessing he was going to put her down first.

"Look, mate... I-I realize that you've had these feelings before and I don't know how to go about this.. I've been, er, attracted to you before but I never thought of being gay. And- I just don't know how to go about something like this.." I scratched my neck.

"Everything is confusing Louis.. I get it if you don't feel the same but.. I've tried making them go away. I promise.. I just- can't." He held his head in his hands and I swear to god I saw a tear fall to the floor. I felt that I had to comfort the young boy. So I scooted closer to him and began rubbing circles on his back. "I wish I could say I understand, but I don't. I just want us to stay best mates... Cause I'm pretty sure this was your 'big secret' that you wouldn't tell me.."

He laughed quietly. "Yeah.. it is." He finally looked up at me and I honestly couldn't help but gaze his face and eye his lips.

An idea popped out of my head. I don't know where it came from... but. I went for it. "C-Can I try something..." I whispered, looking into his eyes.

"Uh, sure.." he whispered back.

I slowly inched forward, my face getting closer to his with each second. Finally, my lips pushed against his. It took no time at all for his lips to move against mine.

My hands moved from his back to his neck. One entangled itself in his hair, the other pulling him closer to me.

He pulled away first.

"I-I..."

"Holy shit." We both looked up at the door to catch Niall, starring wide eyed at us. Nikki was at his side but she was smiling at Harry.

And then Ed showed up and grinned. Knowing what had just happened.

I know That this is short, I'm sorry. But I just wanted to give y'all an update. tell me what you think down below! I found out I have a new cousin yesterday. Well.. he's not new. He's like 14. But he's new to me. His name is Liam.... as weird as that is? But it's awesome too?

He also looks like a shorter version for Harry.... just not as attractive. Thank god..
