It was a few days after the new year, and Ian suggested that we go out on a double date. He said it would be good to break the ice for Cadence and Robert, who have been going out for almost a month. I had to remind Ian that we weren't dating; it was only to benefit Robert and Cadence's relationship. Sometimes Ian tries to tell me that were already dating, and Cadence said I should just play along. Jackson says Travis needs to "stop fucking playing around" and "grow a damn pair and ask me out if he wants it that bad". Obviously, Jackson doesn't like him, and he thinks he's childish but Ian was growing on me. I told my Mom I was going out with friends tonight; she was glad and wanted to get me out of the house. Cadence and I were just waiting on Robert to pick us up.

For the last half hour, Cadence asked me what she should wear. We were going to Six Flags since Robert could buy our way in and had a flash pass. I told her long pants with a shirt and a jacket. It was January and it was chilly. Today was the last day the park was open, and it was already 6. I was wearing joggers and a hoodie, I knew it was gonna be windy and I hated the cold. Cadence didn't care: she wants to look cute. When I told her it was gonna be cold she ran through my closet searching for a jacket like a chicken with her head cut off. Then Robert texted me he was here and I pulled her out if the house. She looked great. Cadence thought leggings and a sweater was thot-like.

"So you're calling me thot-like? Because that's half of my closet." I joked, sitting in the back with Ian. Cadence sat shotgun.

"Nah, the only thot here is Travis." Robert laughed. Everyone joined in. I remember Cadence telling me that he's taken several virginities at his old school.

The drive there was bearable, and Ian payed for valet (which I didn't know existed here) and we walked towards the entrance gates.

Cadence nudged me. "I told you he got money." She elaborated on the 'ey' part again, and I shoved her off to go talk to Robert.

Out first ride was the Daredevil. I've hated that ride for the longest because it only took 6 people at a time. I never rode it because the lines were so long and they barely moved. Second, we got on Acrophobia. Robert had ridden it so many times but this was Cadence's first and she wouldn't let go of Robert's hand or stop screaming. Next we rode the Batman, which took you backwards. Travis liked it because I was scared and wouldn't let go of his hand. We rode another one which I forgot the name of, which Travis was really scared of for some reason. There was a rumor someone fell off and died, which wasn't true because then the ride would be closed or the family would sue the park or the entire park would be closed.

We stopped to walk around a bit. I could tell Robert and Cadence were getting along well. Robert chased her with a bottle of cold water, then I realized that those were my clothes she was wearing. He doused her from begun anyways.

"Come on, I know a few rides that will dry you up."

He was talking about the Ninja, Superman, and Goliath. Those were my top three of the entire park. On the Ninja, I laughed at Travis because his screams were so high pitched. The Superman made us all laugh because the cameras caught us at bad times. Robert's left eye was closed and my mouth was wide open.

Finally, we rode Goliath. On the other rides I didn't scream as much, but here I always screamed. The line for Flash Pass was kind of long, so we talked while we waited.

"My favorite was the Superman."

"Cadence only liked it because I looked funny." Then they started arguing and they were so cute doing it.

"I liked the Ninja because you were screaming like a baby." I told Ian.

"Bet you'll scream louder on this one." We shook on it.

The thing about Goliath is that it's impossible not to scream. The drops are terrifying and damn near vertical. The turns make your stomach churn and you feel like your heart has relocated to your throat. I tried not to scream as much, but after, Ian said I definitely screamed louder.

Our last ride was this huge swing ride which took you way high up and spun you around like a tire swing. You could see everything from here, and Travis took pictures of us hike we were in the sir. As we were coming down, he sent them to me and said he would post them on Instagram the next day.

Cadence and Robert said they both wanted to ride one more time before we left. Travis and I said we would be waiting out by the exit.

"So when are you gonna let me cuff you?" Travis smirked and linked his arms around my waist. I shrugged. I don't know how to respond to these remarks of his.

"I mean," he softened up, "do you like me? Because I like you a lot and I care about you."

I wanted to say something, but I didn't know what to say. Travis grabbed me and kissed me hard. "Do you feel anything?" He spoke against my lips.

"I felt something." I whispered. I swallowed cause my throat was dry. "I felt it in my stomach."

"That's lust." Travis chuckled. "But I'll take whatever I can get from you, babe."
