Y/n awoke to her alarm blaring in her ear. She swiftly turned it off and looked at the time. She didn't wake up that late, but it wasn't like she woke up on her first alarm. She huffed before stretching, just doing anything to wake up.
Her hair still in a messy bun from yesterday. She rubbed her eyes and blinked, trying to wake up. She lazily brought herself up and stood. She kicked the dirty clothes, she still needed to wash, away, she'll do them later when she gets back.
She looked around at the piles and piles of clothes and the dirty dishes that she just didn't have time to clean up. Y/n vowed to herself that when she got back that she would do them. She headed over to her closet to pick out something to quickly throw on, only to realize that the entirely of her closet had already been used up.
Y/n sighed as she looked into her empty closet. She looked around her, to messy piles of laundry from many weeks ago and picked up the cleanest and nearest dress to her. She brought it to her nose and sniffed it. "That's fine." She said trying to convince herself.
It was one that reached just below her knees, even if the weather was slowly becoming a little too cold to wear her favorite dresses, this one would be fine. It's a long sleeved, blush pink dress that went to just below the knees.
She threw it on and looked in the mirror in her room. The dress looked clean enough. It wasn't like it had any stains or smelled funny. Y/n frowned, she still needed to do the laundry. Clothes were piling up everywhere they could. Not even just one, there were multiple piles of clothing from different weeks.
Y/n then took the bun out of her hair, letting it fall down. She ran her hand through it, only to realize that it was still tangled. She looked at the time. 7:45. She was going to be late. Y/n grabbed her brush and a hair tie and threw them in her bag, along with the books she needs.
She put on her ballet flats and ran out of the house before hastily yelling, "Bye!" She hurriedly jumped into the car, tossing her bag to the passenger seat before buckling in and, safely, rushing to school.

Y/n hurriedly parked and grabbed the straps of her bag. Before jumping out of the car and speed walking to the front doors of her school. She opens the doors to find that students were still wandering the halls. Most were just chatting with their friends, probably waiting for the bell. Y/n sighed with relief with this sight. Her worries of being late were soothed as she walked to her locker.
Y/n quickly opened it up and set her bag down on the ground between her legs. She took out her brush and the hair tie. She put her hair back into a messy bun with the help of the tiny mirror she put in her locker.
Just as she finished putting her hair brush back in her bag, the first bell rang.
Y/n closed her locker and headed over to her first class, gym. She silently cursed to herself as she walked. Gym wasn't bad per se. But having to do it right after waking up in the still coldish morning air was not fun.
The day continued on as normal as it gets after gym. She wasn't late to any of her classes, she was prepared and it was an overall unremarkable day. No test or 5-page long essays, which y/n was extremely grateful for.
She talked to her friends in the hall as they walked to their classes, they talked about what happened during their weekends and classes they disliked. Y/n smiled and happily listened as they listed off each class in order of least liked to most. Their chatter continued on until each one got to their respective lessons.
Class passed by quickly, with y/n scribbling down notes into onto her notebook, just the dates of upcoming test and important things to remember from this lesson. The lesson itself was alright. Just like any other day.
