Vinnie went home, having turned his phone to DND. He was so hurt that he didn't care about anything other than getting the hell out of there.
So he did just that. He packed what he would absolutely need. He took all of his work files and loaded everything into his car. He went back inside, unlocking his safe and laying the cash out on the table.
Yes he was leaving but he wasn't going to leave without giving her money to survive off of until Reggie realized that he would have to support them. He left a note on the counter talking about how he couldn't be with someone who could betray him the way she did and play it off without feeling any remorse.
In the back of his mind he was pleading with himself to realize he loved her and that he always would but all he could think about was how much of a mistake he made ever talking to her in the first place. One thought rang through his mind:
"Never marry a stripper"
Especially not a stripper who you hired to your business. He looked around, scoffing at the fact that she wouldn't have any of this without him. That she would be living in a dumpy, run-down apartment without him.
Knowing he was cutting everyone off, he left the house. He locked the door after him and got in his car. Surprisingly no one followed him to convince him to come back to the hospital.

The next step in his process was to file for divorce which he did as soon as he left the house. He contacted his lawyer, agreeing to meet up within the next 20 minutes which they did.
He signed the necessary papers and signed the house and cars over to her. He made the primary name on his, or Reggie's, children's trust funds to her instead of him.
He left the lawyers office unaware of what to do next. After awhile he decided to drive as far as his car would take him and he did just that.
He drove until the early hours of the morning, ending up in Los Angeles and it was only then that he really questioned what he was doing. He was unaware of most things right now but he was aware of the fact that finding out that the children he believed to be his were his brothers, ruined his life. Ruined his marriage. Ruined him. Forever.
