Hah, guess who is probably going to cancel this book?
Well, I don't understand why I hate this so much.

How long has it been? Who remembers this terrible story! Not me!

"Ok! Bye Dust!" Killer waved, finally walking away from Dust's house. Dust slightly waved back, watching as Killer ran along the castle halls. The same halls he'd never want to walk again, it was agitating to know he couldn't do anything about it or him.

Horror stood for a moment longer, awkwardly playing with his fingers. "Uh... Dust." He spoke quietly, stepping towards Dust and picking him up into a hug. "Goodbye." He squeezed Dust tightly.

"Uh. Yeah. Bye." Dust spoke, surprise crawling across his mess of emotions. "Thanks. I guess." He felt Horror hug him tighter, "okay!" He squeaked out.

Horror let him go, placing his feet on the squeaking floor boards. That was when a portal appeared behind him, Dust only noticed it when Killer tripped out of it.

The only thing that was different with this was that Dust slightly remembered something, it felt familiar. The same dread fell over him, overshadowing him.

"I gave you a home." Nightmare's voice boomed around, yet he didn't come from the portal. Killer started screaming in agony. "Safety." Killer's soul was writhing in-front of him, blood suddenly poured from his eyes and he balanced himself on his knees. "Comfort." Killer started scraping at his soul, blood exited his nose and mouth. "And you repay me by betraying me?"

Killer suddenly stopped going at his soul, gripping his throat and dragging out ragged coughs. Horror quickly dove at Dust, Dust's look of confusion grew to widened eyes and a shocked gasp. Something, something had crawled around his throat and started to pull him away.

Horror hauled himself after Dust, scrambling through a portal and to such a high cliff that clouds were fogging over him. "You're a fucking brat, Dust." Nightmare was stood on the edge, a tendril around Dust's neck as he struggled.

Dust's hood had fallen, showing a bunch of light cracks and scars across the dusty bone. "H-Horror!!" Dust screamed, feeling Nightmare swing him from side to side. As if he was testing where to drop him...

Would he fall to his knees in mercy, the cold swaying grass staining his knees...

Or

Would he fall off the edge, perishing to his rather obvious doom?

Nightmare stopped testing him in between the two, not a single biased option in his very steadily held torture. "Did you care?" He suddenly asked, looking up at Dust with what he could tell was sadness.

Dust knew that whatever he said would change his mind, "y-yes!" He yelped, trying to swing his legs to pull him forwards.

Silence struck the three. It was long enough that Killer had staggered over to meet them, looking up at Dust with tired eyes and blood stained all down his cheeks.

Horror waited for Nightmare's action, waiting until he could help.

Nightmare closed his eyes, a smile appeared across his face.

"Liar." He glared, turning to Dust and tipping him over the edge. Dust scrambled to hold onto Nightmare's appendage. "I don't like liar's much, but I know I can't say anything."

He slammed Dust into the edge of the cliff, causing Dust to glow with sudden relief.

Well that was until, he lost his footing. His feet scraped the side of the cliff to only meet loose rubble, that fell from him and he started sliding.
