"Narutoooo" Shouts Tsunade as she quickly jumped and cuts the wire holding Naruto as Naruto falls forward. But Tsunade took Naruto in her arms. Tsunade quickly came back to the ground. Laying Naruto on the ground Tsunade saw the severity of Naruto's injury.

Naruto was stabbed three times on his back by some kunais. He had been stabbed in one of his shoulder as well as a broken leg, some broken ribs and dislocated wrist. He is also been stabbed in both of his hands as well as gut, with some minor bleeding from the back of the head. With a bruise on cheek and hamstring strain.

"Go, Find if their is any other survivors." Orders Hiruzen in his hokage voice as ANBU followed the order and spread out in whole of the compound. Tsunade was applying Iryō Ninjutsu on Naruto. After a few seconds Neko comes with Sasuke in her tow. As Neko says "He is unconscious with a slight muscle tear probably due to a kunai. Otherwise, he is just fine."

"Anything else, You want to mention?" Asks Hiruzen

"We have find a small pool of blood on the street. We find this kid, and there was signs of a fierce battle there. We also have seen a trail of blood which most probably of the kid Tsunade-sama is treating. The signs shows he was dragged here, and he was conscious when Itachi beat him up." Says Neko while clenching her hand as to stop from breaking her ANBU face.

"Okay, Go look for any other evidence."  Says Hiruzen as he turns towards Tsunade who nods as she wiped her tears and says "He would be fine. But will be in coma, for about a week. He for now has to be treated by Sensei and me at the same time. Otherwise, the injury can increase."  Hiruzen nods and says "Okay, take Naruto-kun and Sasuke to the Hospital. Neko escort them and give Tsunade anything she asks." Neko nods and looks at Tsunade who took Naruto in a carry as Tsunade nods at her after which both the kunoichi Shunshin'ed away.

Hiruzen looks at Jiraiya and asks "Jiraiya, why are you so silent?" Jiraiya sighs and says "I am just thinking how Minato would handle this? Would he be angry that I let our son get injured or would he keep calm?" Hiruzen looks at the sky and says "It doesn't matter. If Minato was here he would have never let this happen or even if he did he would not get angry on you. A little disappointed not from you but from himself not from you. But we can't do anything about it. We can just learn from our mistakes and carry on."

"Yeah, I guess you are right. We can't dwell on the past." Says Jiraiya with a smile. "Okay, Look out for anything you find suspicious. Also inform your secret spies, that they look out for Itachi. We also have to show the world that we are still as powerful as we were before loosing one of our founding clans." Says Hiruzen as Jiraiya nods and Shunshin's away.

"You just done what was necessary." Says Danzo who walked behind Hiruzen, who looks at Danzo angrily "Your rule has caused way to many troubles now, Danzo. Your decision caused all this. Your tyranny ends here, from today ANBU Roots are disbanded. The former Root members would now be added into my ANBU. Your job is done, you can rest assured now." Says Hiruzen while glaring at Danzo who nodded. Hiruzen as well Shunshin'ed away.

Danzo clicked his tongue in annoyance as he looks at ANBU Root guards and says "Go and secure all the secrets. Don't let anyone know about this. Destroy anything which tells the secret behind the reason of massacre and make sure if Tsunade's brat know or not. If he does then kill him as well. Keep an eye out for Itachi's Ototou as well if he finds out kill him as well." Says Danzo as his guards nods as one of the guards asks "Should I kill anyone who knows about the secret?" Danzo nods at the question.
