She was pregnant. She well... was late. Over a moon late. That could mean lots of things... right? She was happy but she was also scared. Bringing a baby into this world when winter was upon them with monsters at every turn. A war of the crown still raging. She couldnt bring a child into this mess. But she wanted it. She would talk to tyrion see what he thought. It was still early. They could terminate if they wanted too right? She was holding her stomach and staring into the mirror tyrion came in and watched her. His eyes went wide when he realized his wife must be pregnant

'Katarina!'' He said happily touching her stomach. Are you... expecting? Are we... expecting?'

'I believe so.'

'This is wonderful news!' Tyrion exclaimed 'oh kitten im so happy im soo... soo... why arent you smiling? are you not happy?'

'No i am i just...' she dropped to her knees. 'Oh Tyrion I don't know what to think. What if we bring a baby into this world and he is killed? what if winter takes him? what if the white walkers take him? what if he gets burnt to a crisp by dragons?! I would die I can't bring a child into this world with all the chaos that is going on around us...' Tyrion nodded understanding her concerns. I want this baby though and maybe that's selfish but I want him or her and tyrion seeing you so happy and so excited makes me want to keep it but are we being selfish? Bringing a baby Into this world into this messed up fucked up world?' she clung to him like a lifeline. 'Can we really do that to another human being? I mean my childhood was shit and yours was not much better who even says we are fit to parent a child when neither of us had the best for role models growing up who's to say we aren't going to screw up our kid?'

'Because he will be ours and you my dear are the most wonderful person in the world and our child will have you To guide them and protect them and turn them into a wonderful man.'

'And what if what if the child is like me something happens to them and they are crippled.'

'I would love them just as much as I love you. What if the child is a Dwarf will you love them any less?'

'No course not. I would love them as much as I love you...' she smiled repeating his words back to him. 'Tyrion i'm just scared, what if something goes wrong? what if I don't know So many things could go wrong!'

"So many things could go right,' Tyrion corrected "so many things could be right. This child, our child could bring so much light and life into our world of war and pain. If you really want to though we can talk to the maester and see about terminating but my love I think we can do this... I believe in us.' She let out a deep breath and nodded looking Tyrion in the eyes.

'If you believe in us and I believe in us too I wanna have this baby with you tyrion.'

He was going to be a father.

'What about eddard if its a boy?' Tyrion asked running his hand along her stomach, still no bump visible but kitty felt it. Her baby.

'I love my father dearly but i always thought eddard was a funny name i dont want our child to have it, perhaps a middle name though...' she thought for a moment, hers and tyrions baby... tyrion and katarina... 'Karion'

'Karion?' Tyrion repeated.

'Katarina and tyrion combined. Weird or wonderful? You can tell me if you think it's stupid-' kitty told him running her fingers over his.

'Tyrion and katarina' tyrion said catching on

'Karion is better.' Kitty said saying again.

'Yes i agree.'

'So we have a girls name. What about a boy?'

'Definitely not my father.' Tyrion said brushing the hair from kittys face as she ran a hand along his stomach and chest. Kissing his shoulder and looking up at him.

'Jon if want a sentimental name.' Kitty offered.

'Jon.' Tyrion repeated, he liked her bastard brother.

'We could call him johnny or jj jon jr? We can also keep thinking...'

'I like it. Jon. Johnny. Jj. I like it. Jon is an important man in your life. He will be an important man in our childs life weather he is far away or close by.' Tyrion told her and that made her heart very happy. But also sad. She missed her brother. She didn't know if she would ever see him. She didn't know if he was even still alive.

'Karion lannister.' Kitty tested out the name.

'Jon Lannister' tyrion said before placing a kiss to her stomach. No physical signs of pregnancy but kitty was moons late now.
