- At a Skate Park -
Langa tried to lift up his board which was successful but fell afterwards
"You alright?"
I asked the boy who was getting back up
"owwww!"
He said before looking at his hand
"Argh, blood! Im bleeding! There's blood!"
He panicked while looking at his hand
"Your overreacting"
Reki said before langa passed out
"Langa!
Reki yelled as he draged langa to a near spot before sitting down and waiting minute for langa to wake up
"What, don't you ever bleed from snowboarding?"
Reki asked while i was putting some band-aids on Langa's finger
"Rarely, you're more likely to get bruised or break a bone"
I nodded while reki said
"Huh"
After i was done i sat beside langa while Reki was at the other side of Langa
"Hey langa. Why'd you come to Okinawa?"
"Did your parents get transferred or something"
Reki asked langa
"My dad died"
"This is my mom's hometown"
"That's why i needed a job, too. To help with the finances"
Langa said looking at the beautiful sunset
"I see"
Reki said nodding
"Are you bored here?" Reki asked Langa
"Huh?"
" i think it doesn't snow in Okinawa"
I said at langa not looking at him and just admiring the sunsetting
"You cant really go snowboarding here" adding on what i said
"Oh"
"I didn't snowboard in Canada either, after my dad died"
"But..." Langa said walking over to his board
"Getting back on bored after all this time.."
"Right mow im having fun!"
Langa said doing his ollie
He did the ollie but then fell on the ground
"Owww"
He wined and i mentally facepalmed
Me and Reki went to him
"So how's was it? Landing on your first ollie?"
Reki asked
"That was awesome!"
Langa said getting up then him and Reki clapped their hands and fist bump each other while i sat there smiling a bit and looking at Langa
"Ouch!"
- Next Morning -
"It was so sick!"
"Im telling you, this guy's a prodigy"
"Nailing an ollie in two weeks like that"
"It took me two whole months, you know"
