Since everyone but Hope and Melani wanted to come home they were on the phone with the two. They wanted to make sure that the girls didn't get into any trouble. Becuase them to alone in the city was not the best idea. "Where are you girls at?" 

"We are not required to be in school so we are walking around the city." Melani was going to take advantage of this she hated being trapped in that school. Although she wasn't biggest of the town she would rather walk around than deal with the boarding school.  "No rules for vacation they can't make us stay in the school. The locals are weird."

"Stop being mean." Katherine scolded she knew that Melani was a lot like her sister she said what was on her mind and sometimes she felt bad about it.

Hope shook her head at her aunts scolding she knew that she didn't barely come here. And that it was offensive to her because it was her home town. "They are weird aunt Kat."

Freya chuckled they all knew from experience that when dealing with Melani having Katherine do it was the best bet. "Almost your entire family were born in that city girls."

"You say it like i am going to change my mind about them being weird." She didn't care what anyone said they weren't changing her mind the locals were weird. And they wanted to get beat the things that they had did to the boarding school. They wouldn't be able to handle it if they knew what really occured at the school.

"You don't have to change your mind but maybe try being nicer to them." Rebekah knew that changing her mind was going to  be a miracle but they had to at least get the girls to agree to be nice to them. They weren't at school it was dangerous for them.

"Why they are all brats?" She didn't get why she had to be nicer to them when they weren't nice to her.

"Why do you think we came back to New Orleans." Kamiyah asked she hadn't wanted to deal with the locals she would much rather stay home for her break. She didn't want to end up cursing one of them and getting caught.

"And i hope you three have fun with our family us however we're exploring the city i want to find those caves." She didn't know much about them but she wanted to find them she knew that her mother used to visit them. She always looked for any connection with her mother.

"And we promise that we will be careful." Hope knew that her cousin didn't care about being careful she only cared about doing what she wanted.

Kol knew that his daughter was a lot like her mother in that way. Doing things that she knew that she shoudn't be doing. Not caring who it affected or what anyone else had to say about it. "Do not go looking for the caves Melani?"

Melani knew that she wasn't going to get her dad to agree but she wasn't changing her mind. "You guys are cutting up we have to go." The line went dead.

Katherine shook her head taking a breath looking to Kol. "She's your child."

"She asks like your sister." It was not his fault that she wanted to go to them caves. He never really talked about them she had found out about them from Elena's journal from Mystic Falls. He couldn't blame his daughter he knew that losing her twin and mother affected her in a lot of ways. And she wanted to learn as much as she could about her mother.

Katheirne knew those caves were apart of all of them it was apart of supernaturals it had a history their. It was where Elena had did her first change. "Yeah she does my sister used to love exporing those caves."

"She still doesn't need to be looking for them."  No matter how connected they were to them they had lost things their to bad things had happened.

Katherine had went through the journal before giving it to Melani making sure that it wouldn't reveal how to get their. So if she tried to look she was going to have a hard time finding it. "She won't find them their is only one entrance and only me and El knew where it was."
