Hey! It's been a while... Anyways. It's been a good year or so since I've updated this story. I've reread it a few times, and I've decided to rewrite it before committing to the sequel. This gives me a chance to write this story in a way that makes more sense to me now (rather than in pandemic-hit 2020), with a bit more research done on the subject of the Hanahaki disease trope as well as the official KotLC lore.
This book will not be unpublished. It'll stay up, both for my convenience but also for the viewers. I will, however, unpublish the sequel, since that story is very dependent on this one. So uh... look out for a new book on my account sometime soon. I'll be updating it slowly (but hopefully surely), since I do have other stuff in my life to do. But I really want to rewrite one of these stories, and this felt like the right one to do.
