it was now her 5th day working at the amusement park. so far everything is going smoothly. her co-workers are nice, well except for bakugo. he was an arrogant guy according to y/n. he always had an attitude, mean to customers for no reason and so on. she despised him. he despised her as well.

"ugh today is so slow!" she groaned resting her chin on her hand and slightly leaned over. she huffed and looked over the very few people at the amusement park. it was a Monday so she wasn't surprised it was slow.
"yeah yeah, quit complaining idiot." the blonde guy next to her spoke, as he was leaning against the wall. she gave him a side-eye and proceeded to roll her eyes at him.
"whats his problem.." she mumbled to herself in hopes he didn't hear, which thankfully he didn't. she continued to look at the people and noticed a kid and she guessed her mom walk towards them. she sat up and dusted off her self to look presentable.
"hi ma'am! how can we help you?" y/n spoke, adjusting her hat on her head.
"hi dear, how much is the cotton candy?" the lady spoke sweetly, pointing behind y/n at the cotton candy.
"$4 ma'am, would you like some?" she answered back with a smile on her face.
"yes please, thank you so much!" she handed her the cash and waited for the treat.
y/n took the cash and put it in the register and turned around to grab the cotton candy for the lady. she picked up the treat and headed back to the counter and handed the candy to the lady.
"here you go ma'am!" she smiled as she handed the woman her cotton candy. the lady gave the sweet treat to her son and he started licking the cotton candy. they started walking off and so y/n went back to leaning on the counter.
she felt bakugo staring at her but decided not to say anything. she pulled her phone out of her pocket and checked the time. it was 4:47pm. she got off at 8. she groaned and threw her head back. bakugo stared at her and felt weird. thats weird he thought. he looked away and stared at the people walking around.
"whats it like?" she spoke.
"what?" he looked over at her in confusion.
"I mean like having no friends cause your always rude, whats that like?" she looked back at him.
"oh you got jokes huh, asshole." he scoffed and looked away.
she giggled at his response and he found himself slightly smirking at her. maybe they don't despise each other as much as they thought.
