Chapter 10: Concern

3rd Person POV

The class 1-A students stood outside the USJ uninjured and safe. Amongst the students one of them was looking around as if they were searching for something or someone. A pink skin female student along with the other two male students notices this.

“Kaminari?” The pink skin female named Ashido Mina calls out to her classmate.

“Huh?” Denki looks at Mina confused. The other two male students, the student with weird elbows named Sero Hanta and the other student whose hair looks like a maple leaf named Kirishima Ejiro. Both pairs look curiously at Denki.

“You good bro?”

“Looks like you’re looking for something?”

“Oh! Right, I was looking for (y/n)-nee! But I don’t see her though…” He proceeded to look around.

UA, Infirmary Room

Pro Hero; Recovery girl was constantly scolding All Might for having his successor get injured— breaking bones— for the 3rd time. As All Might pleads to Recovery girl to be careful blurting out about Midoriya as his successor… only for Recovery girl much more furious.

“Granny Chiyo…”

All Might and Midoriya shriek in fear when they hear a sudden unknown voice in the room. Both male went pale now knowing another person suddenly appeared and possibly heard everything. While Recovery girl or as what (Y/n) calls, Chiyo was calm since she recognised the voice. She smiled at (Y/n). (Y/n) gave the two males who she unintentionally scared a deadpanned look.

“You finally visited.” (Y/n) nods in response to Chiyo. “I was informed about the attack and since my nephew is enrolled here…” Chiyo only nods in understanding, “It’s good to see you again, dear.” 

Midoriya was squinting his eyes trying to decipher where he had seen her. All Might on the other hand watches both females' interaction and is sweating bullets as he knows what (Y/n) is planning for him. He gulps as he awaits another scolding. To All Might’s luck Midoriya cuts in.

“You’re the mysterious female motorcyclist!” Midoriya exclaims in shock and awe with stars in his eyes. He was complimenting her about her fighting styles and how she was able to quickly know Nomu’s weakness. Then he started mumbling incoherent words. The three adults only sweat dropped at the student.

“Alright that’s enough kid…” Thanks to (Y/n), Midoriya stops embarrassing himself further in front of the three Pro Heroes. He apologizes but only for (Y/n) to dismiss him, reassuring him that it was fine and finds it quite familiar. 

All Might rubs the back of his neck and tries to come up with the right words to talk to his former partner. While All Might having a mental crisis Midoriya, Chiyo and (Y/n) noticed this. Midoriya sweat dropped at his mentor’s odd behavior. Chiyo only shakes her head in disappointment. (Y/n) signs at this, not sure what to do with him anymore. 

She knew that he was always like this but it is starting to get her annoyed at his odd behavior. She sat beside All Might which made him flinch at the sudden movement from her. She only shrugs it off as usual.

“You’re an idiot. You know that, right?” All Might flinched again from her harsh words but knew she was actually worried. He knew her history as why she was not good at comforting or struggling to express her actual emotions.
