Ch1 Meeting Him

After arriving in Liyue I realised the time was pretty late. Seating myself on a nearby bench i looked up to the sky it was like a dark canvas freckled with a million droplets of white paint. This captivated me into gazing at the hazy stars for a long time. Somehow this calmed my pretty hectic day after all moving to a new area with no one you know can get a bit tiring and lonely. Resting my eyes for just a slight moment when I opened them again I found myself looking vacantly at this figure infront of me. He was quite a peculiar person the way he looked at me and grinned sheepishly made me think that he was someone I should not get involved with. His eyes filled with the most purest ocean blue eyes it could drown you into looking at them for so long as his fiery hair matched his demeanour. Not to mention the clothes he wore was quite weird to me seeing as I haven't seen anyone in Liyue wear this type of clothing. I must admit he was quite handsome.

"Excuse me is there a reason why you are standing infront of my face?" I asked straightforwardly.

"Ah comrade I see you don't know who I am I'm Number 11 of the Fatui Harbingers, codename Childe, but I also go by Tartaglia."

"Okay but why are you telling me this?"

"Because we are gonna get to know each other very well soon enough might as well start now."

"Wait a minute you're a harbinger and part of the fatui so that means you know that I'm the new messenger for the fair lady also known as La signora. "

"What do you want I don't want to get involved with any other harbingers especially not you."

His quick comeback caught me off guard making me turn my head away for a second to think this through. This time childe sits next to me and just keeps grinning.

"Look at you thinking so hard how cute can you get honestly are you playing hard to get with me?"

You give him an annoyed face and he pouts playfully.

"Ahh don't be so mad im kidding I'm kidding cmon now I'm a nice guy and you can trust me no one will ever harm you ever again. Stay by my side forever and I'll give my life for you."

You sigh.

"You don't really have much choice but to trust me for now aha seeing as you don't know anyone here you practically have no choice isn't it better to just listen to me things would be easier for you."
He starts chuckling a bit trying to get me to lighten up even though I was still comprehending what was happening.

"I'll trust your word for now but it doesn't mean I fully trust you I'm only here for a favour for La signora don't get you're hopes up.

He mumbles under his breath so you don't hear."ill find a way to keep you here trust me"

"What was that childe I didn't hear you."

"Ohh nothing don't worry so much look at you. You poor thing you're so stressed out"

He grabs you're hand and drags you to a restaurant named "Wamin Restaurant."

"How about a meal you can get whatever you want."

"Childe it's pretty late right now."

"Please y/n this will make up for me wasting you're time and teasing you how about that."

You think for a moment free food and he's apologising so you decide to forgive him and go in the Wamin restaurant with him seeing as he's offering.
