Chapter 14| What's Happening?

"Yes please, I have to help the remaining order members gather intel, some of them are heading underground for news and the others are trying to gather intel as well but some of us have to go back to that room and see if we can figure anything out. So can you please take charge of dinner tonight? It can be something really simple, Ron I know you know how to cook really well" Mrs. Weasley answered

Everyone nodded eagerly and immediately headed to the kitchen to prepare dinner

It had been the younger generation's second day in captivity. The masked men had electrocuted Hugo until he was shaking and gasping for breath the echo of screams surrounding the room.

Afterward, the men had left for an hour and come back only to take Lucy away.

Lucy went with the men with no tears but a gentle smile to all of her cousins reminding them to stay strong

The masked men performed 'crucio' on her several times but a scream did not escape her. Tears threatened to fall after the third round but she refused to give in. After a couple of hours, their tormentors got tired of her and tossed her back into the tiny cell.

Over the next couple of days, the masked men had rotated around each of the members of the young family except Teddy using various forms of torture. Their aim continued to be on gathering information about the future and intel on the order but the younger generation held up.

"They still don't want to break?" One of the masked men asked maliciously. None of them had the energy to answer him, the masked man wasn't deterred by the lack of enthusiasm and continued "You kids are tough I will give you that. No worries I get more time to play with my toys"

"Take them all away, I think our guests need their own cells now" The man ordered, and around a dozen other figures entered the room, knocked the younger generation out and then one by one dragged all the kids into separate rooms

"So, your Teddy? That's what your family was calling you" the masked man asked Teddy who remained stubbornly silent

"If you don't answer my questions, the least you can do is do a little favor for me to spare your cousins and siblings some pain," the man said ominously

Teddy was shaking at this point. He didn't know what to do.

"What favor?" Teddy asked trying to put some courage into his voice

"My friends have concocted a potion but it's still in the testing phase. It is supposed to make people hallucinate their nightmares but we aren't sure if it works."

Teddy tried to play dumb and asked "and how do I fit into this?"

The masked figure grinned maniacally and said "Its simple my dear boy, either you be our 'lab rat' for want of a better word, or you can choose one of your 'family' to take your place. Though, if I was in your place I would save myself since they just consider you a part of their family due to pity."

Teddy by the end of this was biting his lip as to not cry. "You're wrong. They are my family in every sense, and if taking this potion of yours will keep you away from them, I'll do it."

The masked figure let out a pleased sound and said: "I knew you wouldn't let me down. This is going to be fun."

Back at Grimmauld Place, Mrs. Weasley entered the dining room where everyone else was already gathered at the magically enlarged table with a flushed face

"Well, I finished all the tracking spells on that room" she announced taking her seat and helping herself to some of the rice and curry Ron had made

"What did you find mum?" Ginny asked impatiently

"I tracked the spell that was cast on Teddy and the others and found the general location where the could be" Mrs.Weasley answered in a tired voice

"Well, why aren't we there yet? We have to save them!" Harry exclaimed

"I agree but we have to wait. We already sent Kingsley and Mad-Eye to the location Molly gave us and they are doing some recon there. Figuring out the best plan to break them out" Sirius stated and Remus nodded his agreement

The group silently ate their dinner and those who had to leave left immediately after dinner.

Mrs. Weasley with Harry and Hermione's help started clearing up the dishes declaring they can be washed the next day and ushered everyone to get ready for bed.

In the last hours of the night, you could only hear everyone's peaceful breaths or the occasional creak of one's bed while they turned. That peace, however, was disturbed as a loud BANG was heard throughout the house that had everyone rushing from their beds with their wands out to the place of disturbance which was the sitting room.

When they got there, however, they found a very familiar sight. There were a bunch of people all tangled up shouting at each other to get off them

"Bloody hell Harry! That was my arm" Older Ron exclaimed

"GEORGE STOP! That's my hair!" A certain redhead female yelled

"Ginny if you smack my face one more time I will kill you" Percy grumbled

The group standing watched in awe at their older counterparts who finally got untangled after a few minutes and then noticed their younger selves.

a/n: hey... i just want you to know that this chapter took more than a month to write. Cuz like ramadan came and then i got lazy and yea... so please star this I currently have a headache but im plowing soo..... Hehehe ps this is a sorta long chapter too...

Current a/n: hi guys...long time no see im rlly sorry about tht i feel so guilty :). Listen, do yall actually like this story? Cuz quite honestly i was editing this chapter kinda only the first part and couldnt continue cuz i was cringing so bad. This is rlly old writing and ive def gotten better but the story has taken to a place where id have to rewrite all of it. I'll continue to update better chaps ONLY if yall want cuz ill only do it for yall. This isnt a cry for votes or comments or anything like tht dont worry but ive lost interest in this story but idm plowing on for u. I want to write an original story quite frankly and i have ideas but it wont be posted for at the very least a year cuz i dont even have a concrete plan yet. Nevertheless. For this...i will try harder on chaps but till chap 20 they have been prewritten from over a year ago so they wont be quality writing but im willing to continue this story if ur interested!! Lemme know!!
