The Avengers (with Amara Odinson)

Part 6

Narrators POV
Steve enters the medical unit where Natasha and Clint are.
Steve-"Time to go."
Natasha-"Go where?"
Steve-"I'll tell you on the way. Can you fly one of those Jets?"
Just then Clint walks out of the bathroom.
Clint-"I can."
Steve looks over to Natasha to confirm he is alright for the mission and that they can trust him.
Natasha nods in assurance.
Steve-"You got a suit?"
Clint-"Yeah."
Steve-"Then suit up." He says leaving the room.

The team gets ready for the fight ahead of them.
Amara, sensed her brother Thor's energy, and knew he was coming. She soon joined Steve, Natasha and Clint.
Steve-"You'll be with stark, since he can get there faster and help him with Loki."
Amara is hesitant but soon nods in agreement.

Agent Hill walks over to fury who is shuffling Agent Colsons Cards.
Hill-"Sir?"
Fury-"Agent Hill."
Hill-"Those cards they were in colsons Locker not his jacket."
Fury-"They needed the push."

Agent over PA-"We have unauthorized departure from bay 6."
Fury-"They found him. Get our communications back up whatever you have to do. I want eyes on everything."
Hill-"Yes Sir."

New York

Amara's POV
Tony flys me in and lands me on the roof to check on the machine Loki made to keep open the portal.
Amara-"Shut it down Erik."
Selvig-"It's too late. She can't stop now. She wants to show us something. A new universe."
Amara-"New? It's been there forever you just haven't gotten there yet." I mumble under my breath.
Tony-"Okay." He gets ready to blast the machine but doesn't notice the barrier around it.
Amara-"No! Wait!"
But it's too late soon the blast collided with the barrier and they all go flying.
Jarvis-"It's unbreachable."
Amara-"Couldn't have told us this earlier."
Tony-"I see Loki, you take care of Selvig and the tesseract, while I talk brother dearest."
Amara-"No problem you talk to him."
Tony-"Time for Plan B."
Amara-"What was Plan A, Blow it up, do you want to destroy your building and possibly the city."
Tony-"Yea, yea, tell me later. Or do you want to talk to your brother."
Amara is silent giving tony his answer.
Tony-"Yea me neither."
Amara hints of a smile , mentally laughing-"Humans."which soon disappears as she remembers the Tesseract.

Jarvis-"Sir the Mark seven is not ready for deployment."
Tony-"Then skip the spinning rings we're on a clock here." Then flys down to his landing pad for his suit. Which soon is being taken apart by his technology.
Loki-"Please tell me your going to appeal to my humanity."
Tony-"Actually I was going to threaten you."
Loki-"You should have left your amor on for that."
Tony-"Yeah. It's seen a bit of mileage and you got the uh glow stick of destiny. Would you like a drink?"
Loki-"Stalling me won't change anything."
Tony-"No, no, no, threatening. No drink. You sure? I'm having one.
Loki-"The chitauri are coming and nothing can change that. What have I to fear?"
Tony-The Avengers. That's what we call ourselves. We're sort of like a team. Earths Mightiest Hero's."type thing."
Loki-"Yes, I've met them."
Tony-"Yeah. It takes us a while to get any traction, I'll give you that one. But let's do a head count, here. Your brother the demigod, your sister a goddess, great sense of humor, a super soldier, a living legend who kinda lives up to the legend. A man with breathtaking anger management issues, a couple of master assassins and you, big fella, you've managed to piss off every single one of them."
Loki-"That was the plan."
Tony-"Not a great plan. When they come, and they will, they'll come for you."
Loki-"I have an army."
Tony-"We have a Hulk."
Loki-"I thought the beast had wandered off."
Tony-"You're missing the point. There is no throne. There is no version of this where you come out on top. Maybe your army comes, and maybe it's too much for us, but it's all on but it's all on you. Because if we can't protect the Earth, you can be damned well sure we'll avenge it."
Loki slowly walks up to him raising the scepter.
Loki-"How will your friends have time for me,when they're so busy fighting you?"
Loki TAPS Tony on the chest with his scepter.
Nothing happens which confuses Loki, he tries again but nothing happens.
Loki-"This usually works."
Tony-"Well performance issues you know, not uncommon."
Irritated Loki grabs him by the throat and throws him.
Tony-"Jarvis anytime now."
Loki-"You will all fall before me."
Loki picks him up by the throat choking him.
Tony-"Deploy! Deploy!"
Loki then throws Tony again but off the building. From behind Loki, an elevator opens and a RED POD SHOOTS out. The pod LASER SIGNALS the COLANTOTTE BRACELETS on Tony. The POD
begins to TRANSFORM into the MARK VII suit. It LATCHES onto Tony. He then uses his thrusters and flys back up to Loki.
Tony-"And there's one other person you pissed off. His name was Phil."
Loki points his scepter at Tony but He isn't fast enough and before he can Tony Blasts him, and Loki goes flying. In that very moment Amara sees the machine blasts energy into the sky, opening a portal.
Amara over the coms-"Uh Tony we got a problem,  this machine is already self sustaining, and um the portal is opening."
Tony-"Yea, uh  got that part."
Soon enough like Loki said the Chitauri came through the portal.
Tony then flys up and blasts some of the chitauri.
But many of them fly down to the city, and chaos erupts. People screaming, running inside anywhere for shelter.
