layer chocolate cake baked
in a roasting pan. It is
traditionally made with
fermented and very sour
milk, and it is topped with a
cocoa-coffee buttercream
frosting and coconut flakes.
This is good served with a
cold glass of milk or a hot

Astrid turned 18-years-old
in May of 2252, and the R
was added shortly after her
grandmother's passing in
late December of 2259.

Miscellaneous
⚫︎ Astrid has Dyslexia.
⚫︎ Astrid suffers from
    occasional migraines.
⚫︎ Astrid is allergic to the
following 3 foods:
⚪︎ Banana 🍌 (usually
breaks out in hives –
known as urticaria)
⚪︎ Kiwi 🥝 (usually causes
tongue swelling)

weekly therapy sessions
shortly after her
grandmother's passing as
her grandmother had been
the only living blood
relative she had left. This
has made Astrid
experience a sudden and
overwhelming sense
loneliness within her life.
So, to avoid her mental
state developing into full-
blown depression, Astrid
has started attending
weekly meetings with
Jennixa Zadar. Dr Zadar
is Haliian and is a
psychotherapist for
Starfleet whom also has
been assigned to the
Enterprise for the five
year mission.
