Since the two had confessed their feelings for each other, they were the happiest they had ever been. They shared cute moments together and Wanda opened up more about Westview and Vision.

"He was the one who saved me from Sokovia when it was falling. He helped me through losing my brother and he helped to keep me grounded and to not be consumed by grief." She told him as they snuggled under the moonlight listening to the owls in the distance. "Then we became more than friends, he was my first love. The first person to ever see me for me and not be afraid of my powers and what they can do. Then I had to lose him three times."

"Well he seems like he was an amazing guy." Benjamin said softly. "You deserve all of the love in the world Wanda. You deserve to be with someone who looks at you like your the most beautiful sight they will ever lay eyes on. Someone who will give you everything you ever need." She smiled softly at his kind words before kissing him passionately.

"You are the second person to see me as just Wanda and not the ex avenger who couldn't control her powers." She whispered in the space between them.

"You aren't your powers Wanda. Your powers and past mistakes do not define who you are as a person." He told her honestly.

"Thank you." She told him as she looked in his eyes and saw nothing but love and adoration in them. She cuddled back into him as they looked up at the stars. When Benjamin noticed Wanda asleep in his arms he carefully lifted her up and carried her into the cabin and lay her on her bed and covered her up. He kissed her head before he retreated to the sofa for his sleep. He couldn't help the happiness that he felt. Wanda trusts him enough to confide in him and talk about Vision. He knows that he will always protect her heart no matter what.

Over the next few days after Wanda had opened up to him. She felt the pain of losing Vision but not as bad as it was. She realised that he would want her to move on and have a future. And she saw all of that with Benjamin by her side. She missed her boys, Billy and Tommy but she couldn't do anything to get them back. She had to move on and face reality that this is her life now. Here with Benjamin. Yeah she misses civilisation and everyone that was left of the avengers.

Benjamin was busy making a nice date for Wanda while she lay in bed just contemplating life without her boys. He wanted to do something that would put that beautiful smile on her face. He managed to make her favourite sokovian dish without burning the cabin down with the help of Khonshu.

"You don't think this is too much?" He asked the god.

"No it's not. She is slowly slipping back into the hold that the Darkhold has on her and you will be the one to pull her back." The god told him. "She musn't succumb to the power of manipulation the Darkhold has."

"I will do everything I can to make sure that won't happen. She will not lose herself." He confirmed as he finished setting the table outside before heading to get Wanda.

She looked up from her bed to see Benjamin watching her with a soft gaze.

"Come on Wanda, I have a surprise for you." He told her as he held out his hand for her. She took it with a small smile. He led her outside to a small table lit with a single candle and a hot plate of

"You made paprikash?" She asked him softly.

"Yeah I did. I found the recipe in one of your cook books. And I didn't set the kitchen on fire." He told her as he pulled out her chair for her.

"So you can follow simple instructions?" She teased him as he took a seat across from her.

"Of course I can." He smirked as he hand her a glass of water.

"This is amazing but what's the occasion?" She asked him

"Well I thought since there isn't much for me to do for a date this would be a nice setting for one." He told her with a smile as they ate.

"This is amazing thank you. Even Vis and I never really went on dates we were just together." She said with a sad smile. "I'm sorry, I'm ruining a perfectly good evening."

"No don't be sorry for talking about him. He was your first love and you can always talk about him and I will be here to listen." He reassured her making her smile brightly at him and fall for him more.

"How can you be so perfect." She whispered.

"I'm far from perfect but I will never expect you to not talk about him when you need to. I want to help you through the bad days and enjoy the good days with you." He smiled at her making her heart swell at his words and gentle tone. She knew then that this isn't a game to him or some fling. He wanted to be here for her in every way he knew.
