. . .

I pack my things, wishing today we didn't have gym class since my head is filled with tiredness and i don't even want to move. "No, this is not the correct way to write, bada." Mister jeon takes his time to explain the answer we discussed to a girl. I glance behind at lewis.

"Are you sick? You look so pale." He gazes right through me, and i lower my head, stuffing my books into the bag i didn't need, and taking out the ones i need. "I'm not."

"Hah, you're so much of a dummy." He scoffs, knowing me well enough for him to know that I'm lying. "You've got a bruise on your damn face...." he walks to me, wearing his jacket, and i hold onto my books tightly, raising my eyes at him as he touched my cheek. "Don't, lewis." I nudge my face away, feeling the uncontrollable pain follow behind his touch.

"Okay, if you don't wanna say it to me, don't. But don't be upset at least." He stands before me, his new earrings dangling, and i look up at his lips, smiling. "You're an idiot."

I whisper, feeling someone else's eyes wandering upon me too. I get up, and unzip my football jacket, feeling hot and dizzy from the heat my body sweats. I glance at mister jeon who erases the board, causing me to turn my attention towards himself. I take my books, and mister jeon turns around but sees me.

Since everyone is gone, i throw my eyes at my left, lewis looks down at me. "I'll wait for you, come quick." He smirks, being my silly boy he is, and he rushes off outside.

"What happened to your cheek?" Not wasting any more time, mister jeon is the one to walk to me, "i fell down." My heart knows this is a lie, and i don't get the courage to look up in his eyes which are showing contrasting sparkles of sincerity. "Since i'm not in the mood to take up any lies today, tell me the truth, sweetheart."

Melting my heart with his softened voice, his sweet words which sound deep and stern but i know it's just how he cares for me. I try to tell him a part of the truth.

"I knocked down a favourite cup of mom, so it's just...she was going to scold me, so i stepped back and fell down on the glass piece, it's alright," i lift my eyes and take a glimpse of him staring into my soul with his piercing eyes, i bring my step back to be okay.

Mister jeon says nothing, but takes a deep inhale. "You should be careful. You could've been injured seriously....don't be scared to tell me if someone is doing something wrong." He puts my mind into a peaceful bliss of fire, coming forward to put his fingertips on my blazing skin, i exhale out the excessively heated air. He rubs his thumb around the painful area, but to my greatest surprise, this doesn't hurt me like it did some minutes back when i scratched my cheek.

"You can trust me." He retreats his hand, but gives me the best touch i've received from him yet. This was so soft, and protective, yet so hot that it caused my whole body to drown under the heat of his skin.

"Now go. Take care of yourself, okay?" Mister jeon pulls back, keeping his veiny hands into his trousers' pocket, his metal chain dangling out his shirt today. I nod after taking my eyes off him.

I walk out of the class like an imbecile, feeling my hands and legs tremble without any main cause. Is it just because he was so close to me, and that his hands touched me? This cannot be, i'm not so sensitive, this must be something else for sure. Lewis who's near the locket comes at me, running. "Gosh," he licks his lips, but makes me frown at his wide smile which widens when he looks down at me. "What?"
