"Mom, please! At least listen to me once!" Y/n requested her mom. "No! I am not listening to anything. You are not going anywhere before completing your studies." Her mom replied. " And anyway, you are just 20!" "Exactly, I am 20. I promise I won't give any auditions there. I just want to work there. Please!😢." Y/n requested her mom.
Y/n wanted to be K-POP Idol since she was just 16, but her parents never allowed her. Now, she is in the last year of her college and she is requesting her parents to let her go from Australia to South Korea to do her internship and get a job in any of the Big 3 Entertainment companies or Hybe labels. But her parents are feeling that if she goes to Korea, she'll definitely give an audition.
Y/N's POV
"Dad, Mom please at least listen to me. I promise, I won't give any auditions nor will I fall in love with any random person or idol before I get a Job and become stable. I don't want to work here. I want to go to Asia, to our hometown Korea. I've never been there! Please."I tried to convince my parents. "Y/n. No means No!" My mom scolded. Fine, I've had enough of this. I understand, I am the middle child but this is enough. ok! Unnie is a Doctor and Jason( my brother) is studying law but I also want to be a C.S.( Company Secretary) or maybe the Assistant of the CEO. I've already given up my one dream to become a K-POP Idol once but now, I'm not gonna compromise again. Unnie already went to Canada when she was just 18 and I am 20 and they are still not allowing me!
Author's note: your elder sister, Jasmine, is 8 years elder than you and your brother, Jason, is 4 years younger than you)
Now, I lost it. "Fine! I know I am the family's disappointment. I know I am not perfect at studying like Unnie or Jason. I know you guys don't trust me, but....... please give me a chance to make you all proud. Just once. I promise I won't disappoint you both." At this moment. I was crying.
My parent's hearts melted at this scene and they said, "Fine! We'll let you go. But, on one condition that you'll tell us about what you did the whole day from A to Z, before going to sleep without fail. OK!" After listening to this, I was over the Jin (Moon). " Thank you so much! You guys are the best!" I hugged my parents and they hugged me back."
